𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐀 sat at her desk signing off on charts as the soft tune of Elton John's Daniel which played on a low volume. Just as she signed off on her last chart, a knock was heard at the door. "Come in!" the blonde called.
"Hey." Natalie smiled as she closed the door behind her. "Are you coming to the benefit dinner tonight?"
"I would but Mr. LaRusso asked me to help him chaperone with the Halloween dance at the high school." Erica said
"Daniel is chaperoning at the high school dance?" Natalie asked as she opened her water bottle
"He doesn't trust his daughter, Sam. Especially since she's hanging around those bratty girls from Encino. Apparently she had this kid Kyler over for dinner and he didn't like the famous LaRusso ponzu toro, but he liked the fish sticks at school. You'll have to let me know how the benefit went." Erica said
"I would much rather go with you." Natalie said.
"You're more than welcome to come along." Erica said as she took a sip from her water bottle
Before Natalie could say anything else, the two doctors were paged to the E.R. "Well, duty calls." Natalie said as she and Stevie stood up, and the two laughed.

After she clocked out of work for the day, she went home and changed her clothes and drove to her Alma Mater, West Valley High School. Upon entering the high school, Erica walked down the hall, remembering all the classes she and Sylvie took together. Walking down the hall, she adjusted her cardigan, but stopped when she came across a trophy cabinet which held pictures of cheerleaders past and present. Among them, was a picture of Ava and Ali together, and a photo of Ali, smiling and holding a football. Erica couldn't help but smile at the picture of her mother and aunt.
Erica smiled then walked towards the gym where the Halloween party was being held. Upon walking into the gym, she found Daniel. "Hi Mr. LaRusso." Erica greeted with a kind smile and a warm embrace
Daniel smiled as he kindly embraced the brunette. "Hey Erica. I'm glad you could make it. Thanks for coming."
"Of course. You practically saved me from a boring benefit dinner at the country club." Erica chuckled. "By the way, where's Sam?"
Daniel rolled his eyes then gave Erica a cup of punch. "Over with her bratty friends." he said as he sipped his punch
Erica rolled her eyes as well, then sipped her punch. "Hey, I'm sure it's just a phase." she reassured
"Yeah, well, how much longer until that phase passes?" Daniel asked as he sipped his punch
"Hi Daniel!" Counselor Blatt greeted happily. "Erica Brown, it's been a while. How are you?" she asked
