"𝐀𝐑𝐄 you ready or what?" Johnny asked as he pulled the rope of some kind of contraption swing that he had Miguel strapped into.
Miguel looked down at the straps around his waist. "I hate this, this is ridiculous."
"What's ridiculous about it?" Johnny questioned
"I look like a giant baby!" Miguel exclaimed
"The way you're whining and not walking, you might as well be a baby." Johnny said
"Isn't there a more badass way we can do this?" Miguel asked
"Do you really think tapping your foot at a concert will make you ready for more badass training? your legs are still pussies! Now, you ready stand?" Johnny asked
"Yes." Miguel answered
Johnny counted to three and let go of the rope. Miguel fell to the floor, then he helped him sit up. "All right. Better fall that time. Let's take five." Johnny said as he walked over to the fridge
Erica and Connor walked in, closing the door behind them. Erica glanced at the harness, and furrowed her brows. "What the fuck is that? That thing is seriously giving me PTSD from my baby days." the blonde said as Connor walked to the kitchen to grab them a beer
"It helped you walk didn't it?" Johnny said as he and Connor walked back into the living room with beers in their hand, and Johnny had a water bottle in his hand for Miguel. "I told your parents they would be thanking me later. It's to help him walk again."
Erica shook her head and chuckled, as she and Connor took a seat on the couch, while Miguel glanced at the coffee table to see Johnny's laptop sitting on top of it. The Facebook messenger page was pulled up and a long paragraph was written in all caps, 80 pages to be exact. "Are you writing a novel?" Miguel questioned
"Oh, no. It's a Facebook message." Johnny said
Connor glanced at the message and took a swig of his beer. "That? To who?" he questioned
"I, uh... babe from high school... Ali." Johnny said
"Wait a minute, aunt Ali friend requested you?" Erica asked as she took a swig of her beer
"No. I messaged her, then she friend requested me." Johnny said.
"That's great uncle Johnny!" Erica smiled
"Ali? Like, the Ali?" Miguel asked, and Johnny nodded with a smile. "This is huge!"
"But you're not gonna send that, right?" Connor asked, pointing to the message Johnny had typed, and the blonde looked rather confused.
Erica glanced at the message and then at her uncle, before she replied. "You cannot, and I mean cannot, send aunt Ali that message."
Johnny furrowed his brows in confusion. "Why not?"
