"𝐀𝐑𝐄 you feeling okay, honey?" Connor asked as he and Erica sat in the doctor's clinic waiting to be seen.
"Yes, I'm alright honey. I'm just feeling a little nauseous, and a little nervous." Erica said, intertwining her hand with Connor's.
"Hey, it's gonna be alright." Connor reassured as he kissed his girlfriend's temple.
"Dr. Brown?" the nurse named Hannah said. "We're ready for you honey."
The couple stood as the nurse led them to the room. After Hannah got Erica's vitals, she left the room, and Connor held her hand. After waiting for a few minutes, a woman in her late 40s walked in. "Good morning, I'm Dr. McCullough. It's a pleasure to meet you both."
"Hi Dr. McCullough, I'm Dr. Erica Brown, and this is my boyfriend, Dr. Connor Rhodes." Erica smiled
"It's a pleasure to meet you both." Dr. McCullough smiled as she sat down in front of the couple. "So, Dr. Brown, when did you find out you were pregnant?"
"A couple weeks ago. I had Natalie run the tests before I began my shift at the hospital, and it came back positive." Erica said. "I was going to use a drug store, but I know sometimes those can have a false positive."
"How have you been doing symptom wise?" Dr. McCullough asked as she prepped the sonogram machine, then began Erica's sonogram
Erica sighed, then spoke. "Vomiting. I don't mean to complain, but I have felt more fatigue than usual."
"That's perfectly normal. As you know, the morning sickness should go away soon." Dr. McCullough smiled. "Your baby is doing excellent. It's the size of a sweet pea, so when you two come back for the next sonogram, it will have grown more."
The couple intertwined their hands, as the image of the tiny growing baby appeared on the monitor, and Connor kissed her forehead, and Erica herself was in awe. All her life, she had dreamed of becoming a mother, and now it was becoming a reality. "Wow." the blonde said, with a watery smile
"Congratulations, honey." Dr. McCullough smiled, then stood up. "I'll give you two a moment. I'll be back okay?"
The couple nodded as she left, and Erica turned to Connor who kissed her lips. "That's our baby." he said with a watery smile, as he kissed her forehead
"Yeah, that's our baby." Erica smiled, as she placed a gentle hand over her small bump

After the doctor's visit, Erica and Connor drove towards Encino. Erica decided she would tell her parents first. Walking through the doors of the Encino Home, she and Connor hung their jackets on the coat rack, then walked into the kitchen, where Ava and Bobby sat drinking coffee.
