Chapter 26 ~ I'd Risk it All.

LUKE'S POV

I wake up to 3 hooligans jumping on my bed.

"LUCASSSSSSS TIME TO GET UP WE HAVE SOME SERIOUS WRITING TO DO TODAY!" Michael cheerily yells while jumping way too close to my head.

"F.uck off guys."

"So grumpy little Lukey."

"Mike shut it you're not even that much older." My head is pounding from the lack of sleep I got.

"Okay well we will be in the basement when you're ready to be productive," Ashton calmly states following the boys out of my room.

"Ash, wait," I say just as he starts to shut my door.

"Yes?"

"I need your help."

"With?"

"Getting out of the contract."

"Hmm. You must really like her."

"Yes, Ash, I do. I just don't want either of our careers in jeapordy because of a f.ucking contract."

"I see, I see. Well I think if I were you I would go and talk to her about everything. Maybe keep it on the down low until we can figure this contract stuff out. Like a secret relationship that doesn't exit this house or get out to the public."

"You think that's possible?"

"Sure it is."

"But what about the contract?"

"I'll talk to some people and try to help you two, or all of us, out of these over powering contracts."

"Thanks Ash. You're the best." I jump out of my bed and give the lad a big hug.

"Woah there bro. Save it for Addie." Ashton winks at me. "Go talk to her and then meet us downstairs." I nod and he leaves. I have absolutely no clue what I am going to say or how Addie will react to having a secret relationship. I don't know how or if this will work, but I want to at least give it a try until we sort out the s.hitty contracts.

I take a huge breath before knocking on her wooden door. Let's do this.

The door swings open and my beautiful broken girl stands before me. Her hair is pulled up messily in a bun and her eyes reddened with a tear stained face. Addie weakly smiles at me. I return the gesture.

"Can I, uh, come in and talk to you?" I shyly ask. Addie simply nods probably not trusting her voice. :(((

Addie takes a seat on her bed so I pull up her desk chair and sit across from her so we can face each other.

"How are you?" I question.

"I'm okay." She keeps her eyes focused on her hands which were twiddling the bracelets that are placed on her left wrist.

"Adds-"

"Luke you being in here with me is only making this harder." No no no.

"Addie I came in here to propose a little plan."

Addie's eyes connect with mine as her eyebrows furrow, "a plan?"

"Yes a plan, so we can be together," I smile and take her hands into mine.

"What do you mean?"

"I was talking to Ash this morning and he came up with an idea. He thinks we could have a secret relationship that stays in the house until we can figure out this contract crap."
