I am Hitori Gotoh, or Bocchi, as I'm referred to in my some. I was once a girl with no clubs or activities, someone who came home straight away everyday just playing the guitar.

But since I was invited to Kessoku Band, that all changed. I've become their guitarist now as I work alongside Nijika Ijichi, Ryo Yamada, and Ikuyo Kita.
I joined the band truthfully for a future fame and prosperity, for my name to be known. Yet now I want that for all of us, to live out the dreams we hold. They're everything to me, even if I don't always show it.

--

It has been four months since the events of the school cultural festival and when I bought my new guitar. So far it's been working well for me, but I haven't forgotten my old one, though.

Our band is still performing at the club, but we've also moved our performances to local streets known. So far we've made ourselves a bit of a name around here.

Currently Nijika is trying to get us enrolled into a record label so we can get bigger. That would honestly be the dream for me.. imagining all the fame we could get.. trucks driving us around with our faces~

My fantasizing stopped and switched back to reality. Right now I was expected to be down at Starry with the others in a few minutes. We're producing our next line of band shirts together, so we'll need ideas now.
I don't want to be late or even make something that disappoints them, I need to get going now..

I grabbed my guitar and notebook and headed on my way. The rest of my family was out right now so I had no need to say my goodbyes to them as I left.

The walk down to the club was quick and route I am by far used to by now. Nobody was at the door so I had no reason to worry about asking, so I simply let myself in.

The three were already there playing card games together at the table.

"Oh Hitori you're here!" Kita greeted, "Come sit down." I nodded to her and went to sit down on the last seat on the table.

They were already in the middle of a card game while I just sat there in silence, waiting until they were done. I'd wouldn't mind joining l, though..
But the awkwardness of asking to join in during something already is settled is pain..! What if I don't understand the game they're playing and fail miserably?!

Kita had stopped playing and turned her head to me, "Do you want to join us after this round?" She offered.

"Ah.. sure." I responded.
Thank goodness..

Following that around I was introduced to the game and was lucky enough to pick up on it quickly, we played for one more round until I had came up with a question.

"So Nijika, how is progress with the record label going?" I muttered to ask.

Her face became awkward, "Well. We haven't had much luck with many people, but I'm sure they'll be somewhere-"

"She's saying that it going bad." Ryo added to conclude.

Nijika's face turned flustered, "Hey! Don't say that! I'm- trying my best!"
I understand how it feels, just contacting someone I don't know would be hard on me even more.

"I'm sure we'll be able to push through somehow, I can help if you want." Kita suggested to Nijika.

"Think that would work, do you think you could try setting up a website for us?" She told her.

She agreed with her while the two began speaking on plans for a website, while me and Ryo just sat there in silence, exchanging smal glances.
Maybe silence is the real bond between two people sometimes.
