Ivy wanted the ground to open up and swallow her.

"Turn the water on Dom," she asked him, her voice unfazed as he balanced her upright. He found the tap head and did just as she'd asked.

"Are you okay?" He asked her, holding her at arm's length. Just then the lights turned back on.

Ivy's hands reflexively went up to shield her body from him.

"I'm sorry," he turned his back on her, hurrying out of there.

Dom sat on the bed, closing one hand over his cock through his pants, "calm the fuck down."

He listened to the water running down her body, memories of them taking a shower together at a hotel filling his mind. He ran his fingers through his hair, "if only I didn't have to protect her..."

The door came open and she was in a skimpy nightgown that barely stopped mid thighs, the outline of her nipples poking through the filmsy material.

"Oh this is going to be harder than I thought," he mumbled to himself, watching how her wet hair stuck to her face.

"Should I get you something to eat?"

"No," her cold voice called back.

He got to his feet as she made her way towards the bed, laying beneath the sheets.

"I'll take the couch," he told her.

"Was I supposed to take it?" She shot death glares at him, her brows pulled into a frown.

He raised his hands in defeat and shook his head, "of course not."

She laid on her side, her back to him the entire time and the moment she tried to switch her sleeping side, she caught him in the middle of pulling his shirt over his head, "and what the heck do you think you're doing?" She snapped at him.

Surprised, Dom blinked and then realised how he looked, "oh no, I promise it's not what you think, I always sleep shirtless," he clarified, "remember?"

"But I'll keep it on if it makes you uncomfortable," he quickly added.

She rolled her eyes at him, "I don't give one damn in the world what you do with yourself, just keep to your side."

He nodded in response.

"Hey, I didn't know you'd be here, room service wasn't picking up so I was going to the receptionist to complain about the flickering lights, it's just a coincidence I ran into you at that time."

Ivy pulled the sheets over her head.

"Good night," he called only to be met with her silence.

Dom watched her slowly slip into sleep, the sheets pulling off of her as she turned her sides.

Dom got to his feet to put it back on her and held his breath as he noticed one of her tits had slipped out of the filmsy material. Her hair framed her face as stray strands made their way down.

He tucked them out of the way, with a sigh, "you're still just as beautiful as ever Ivy, even in your sleep, any man would be blessed to have you, and a fool to let you go," he groaned, listening to the soft sighs from her with each breath she took.

He pulled the sheets back over her.

She stirred in her sleep, causing him to jerk away from her and hurry back to the couch.

He laid there, his tall frame making it uncomfortable for him to lay pldien properly.

"I have her in my room, after all these years, I thought I'd never see you again."

Ivy winced as she heard a small groan. She tried to ward it off, overpowered by how sleepy she was.

And then it grew louder.

She sat up with a frown and then she realized it was coming from Dom.

"What do you think you're doing?" She groaned.

Her eyes shifted from anger to worry when she realised he was still sprawled out on the couch, his groans were getting louder now.

"Dom?" She got to her feet, her brows furrowing.

As she got closer, she realizing he was struggling to breath, gasping for air around him.

She hurried to his side, crouching so she was face to face with him, "Dom can you hear me?!"

His gasps became even louder.

His entire body was covered in sweat, even with the air conditioner turned on.

"Dominic!" She shook him as hard as she could.

"No... No..." He raised his voice in his sleep.

"Dom, wake up, it's just a dream," she shook him even harder, her heart racing in panic.

His eyes snapped open with a loud gasp. He looked confused and frightened, panting hard.

"It's okay Dominic, I'm here now..."

He met her gaze and his eyes softened, his breathing restoring back to normal.

"You're okay, you're okay now," she comforted him, "I'll get you some water," she attempted to get to her feet but he caught her wrist sharply.

"Don't!"

She looked down at his hand holding hers.

"Don't leave me," he called in a low tone, "please."
