Mingyu Point Of View
I have always wondered what I would do in a boy group. I had the worry that I wouldn't fit in, if the members wouldn't like me but I worried for nothing. I am known as the puppy of the group but only very few members know I am a hybrid. I take medication so I can keep being human longer as I would usually need to turn into my dog form 3-4 times a week. Now with the medication I can turn only 1 or 2 times.
S.Coups is my boyfriend and my caretaker. Jeonghan and Joshua know as they are the other 2 oldests and also walking in on S.Coups rubbing my belly in dog form as I was a good boy. I am an expensive dog as they feed me raw. I can eat in human form but I need to make sure I eat in my dog form as it keeps that form healthy. The members know S.Coups and I are in a relationship but they know we are hiding something.
I am in bed comfy as I am not well. The guys are practising and recording for an upcoming song. I begged to go but got told to stay put and I can record my parts when I am healthy again. S.Coups keeps in contact but he knows when I get ill I am cuddly and want to be in my dog form but it's dangerous.
"Hi baby. How you feeling?" S.Coups on the phone.
"I am ok. I have an itch and I know why." I said then sighed.
"I will ask if Joshua and or Jeonghan can go home early and you can turn and go for a walk with them and get attention from them until I come back." S.Coups said.
"Really?" I asked.
"Of course baby. We are nearly finished anyway and we have done the dance practice so it's only recording. I will let you know but you can only turn when you see Jeonghan or Joshua as they are still the only members that know." S.Coups said.
"Okay I will wait for them." I said.
"Good boy. We will have a conversation about telling the others as it's starting to create a rift. Don't worry though. The youngests has been asking for a dog that can travel with us so hopefully they will be happy." S.Coups said.
"Okay. I will let you get back to work but come quickly as your clothes are starting to not smell of you." I said which made S.Coups chuckle.
"I will see you soon baby and I will let you know who will be coming back. I love you." S.Coups said.
"I love you too." I said and the phone call ended.
I got up and heated up some soup Jeonghan cooked for me. While that was heating up in the microwave I went to the bathroom and freshened up a little. I tidied up as I felt better so the boys came to a cleaner home than what it was.
I was in bed having my soup when my phone buzzed. S.Coups messaged me to say Jeonghan and Joshua were coming back but also some of the others as they were finished recording. I watched TV while having my soup while enjoying the peaceful house but happy I will get company soon.
I put my bowl away and got some water and headed back to my room. I don't remember but I fell asleep after taking a few mouthfuls of my water. I woke up to the TV and realised I turned into my dog form. Shit. I stayed in my room but as I heard the door I couldn't help going toward it as I hoped it's Jeonghan hyung and Joshua hyung. After getting to the door I was wagging my tail and spinning.
"AHHHHHHH!" Jun yelled and I whimpered.
"What's wrong Jun?" Joshua asked.
"A dog broke into our house." I heard.
I ran back up the stairs as I scared my band members. I hid under the covers whimpering as I am a bad boy. I then heard the door.
"Mingyu?" I heard.
"It's just me. No need to be scared." I heard again.
I got out the covers and went onto the floor. I laid down showing my tummy being submissive. Jeonghan got down on the floor with me giving me belly rubs. Jeonghan talked to me and said that they aren't upset as something would happen eventually. Jeonghan took me for a walk with my light blue collar and matching lead.
When I got back S.Coups was in the house. Jeonhan rushed to take off my collar and lead and I ran to my room. I jumped on the bed wagging my tail. S.Coups had a smile on his face while patting me.
"Can you lay down buddy?" S.Coups asked.
I licked his face then laid down with my head in his lap. S.Coups began to pat my head.
"We need to tell the others baby. Jun nearly had a heart attack." S.Coups said and I whimpered.
"Everyone wants to meet you and they are really excited." S.Coups said.
I got off the bed and shaked. I sat at the door making S.Coups chuckle. We headed down stairs and I was excited. I heard DK and Dino squealing as they heard us coming.
"Is it really Mingyu?" Seungkwan asked.
"Yes." S.Coups said.
"Why is he not coming to us?" Vernon asked.
"He is nervous. Only Jeonghan, Joshua and I knew about Mingyu being a hybrid. It will take time." S.Coups said.
"Not that long." Joshua said and chuckled.
I was beside Jun letting him pat me as I was trying to apologise for scaring him. I went to the others as I was not nervous anymore and everyone was happy. I then went to S.Coups and sat at his feet.
"Can I ask something?" Dino asked.
"Of Course." S.Coups asked while patting me and I had my tongue out enjoying it.
"How does your relationship work and when did you get told?" Dino asked.
"Mingyu and I's relationship is exactly the same as anyone else's. There are differences but we or I should say I have adjusted to them. I found out 2 months into the relationship." S.Coups asked.
"So we have a dog?" Seungkwan asked.
"Yes but remember he is still Mingyu so he can understand everything we say he just can't respond." S.Coups said.
I had come out of my dog form and cuddled S.Coups in bed as the day was over. S.Coups was patting my hair making me snuggle closer to my boyfriend. S.Coups stopped and wrapped his arms around my shoulders.
"I always forget how cute you are in your dog form." S.Coups said.
"Am I not cute in human form?" I asked.
"You are very cute but we don't see your dog form all the time which is fine. I forget my boyfriend is cute in human and dog form." S.Coups said.
"I have a handsome owner and a hot boyfriend. I win." I said and pecked his chest that was not covered.
"Lets sleep. You seem and feel better so you can try and work tomorrow but you still will be taking your time." S.Coups said.
"Okay. I love you." I said.
"I love you too baby." S.Coups said.
S.Coups reached with his hand to place under my chin and lifted my head so I was facing him. I smiled and I felt his lips against mine. I hummed and got into a more comfortable position. I placed my hand on his chest while S.Coups hands were on my face and in my hair. I moaned.
"Let's not get carried away and sleep. We can do that another day." S.Coups said and I chuckled. I snuggled into S.Coups embrace and soon fell asleep.
