Mingyu Point Of View
"Come on Mingyu, you need to get out of the house." Wonwoo said.
"I am happy here. Leave me alone." I said.
"You will rot in here." Jeonghan said.
"I have broken up with someone. It does not mean I need to hook up with people." I said.
"Hooking up with a stranger can get your mind off the one who hurt you." Wonwoo said.
"You guys know what I am like. I get attached too easily. It won't be good for me." I said.
"Just come out with us and get a drink and have a good time. If you meet someone and you like them you can see where it goes." S.Coups said.
"You are saying this because that's how you meet Jeonghan. Doesn't mean it will be that way for the rest of us." I said.
"Go to your room, shower and get changed into the clothes I have laid out on your bed." Jeonghan said.
I did what I was told. I showered, changed into the clothes Jeonghan picked out and fixed my hair and everything. I put on my expensive cologne and headed downstairs.
"Let's go." S.Coups said holding Jeonghan's hand.
We made it to the club and I was surprised that it was so busy for a Wednesday night. We got a table and started drinking.
"My friends are here." Jeonghan says.
"I thought we were your friends?" Wonwoo asked.
"I have other friends. I told them where we were." Jeonghan said.
"More people. Joys." I said.
"A few of them are single. You may find yourself a man." Jeonghan said.
"Not looking for one." I said annoyed.
I got out of a 2 year relationship. It was a shock after having sex and the following day my boyfriend broke up with me. His excuse was I couldn't please him but I know that's a lie as sounds in the bedroom say it all as well as their bodies response the day after.
I was on my 2nd drink in the first 10 minutes of being here. Jeonghan's friends arrived and we said our hellos and I got my attention for a guy who was very attractive. I knew my friends would be right.
"Can I buy you a drink?" I asked.
"Only if I can buy a drink for you next." The guy said.
"I am Mingyu and you have a deal." I said.
"I am Vernon and I am glad our deal has been made." Vernon said.
We got to know each other which was difficult being in a loud environment. It started with just guys buying the other a drink once turned into multiple. Vernon went to the bathroom but as he was taking so long I went to check on him. I am better with alcohol than him which I realised very quickly.
