Joshua Point Of View
"Joshua, Can you rush to the hospital? Lots of people have come in. I think it's mafia related." DK said.
"I will be as quick as I can. Have all of the information for the patients ready for when I arrive that I need to see." I said.
"Okay. See you soon." DK said and the call got cut.
I am Joshua. I am a doctor. I am young being 28 but I knew what I wanted to be since I was 10 so I worked my bum off to make it happen and it paid off. I got out of bed, did my skincare, brushed my hair, put on black jeans and a black tshirt with my black shoes and headed out the door. I can feel this will be a long night.
I got into the hospital and I have never seen so many guys in suits. With guns. I took a deep breath and headed to where it said Staff Only. Some of the guards looked confused. I was stopped.
"I am sorry but its staff only. My boss said to let only staff enter as he is in danger the now." A guard says.
"As I am a doctor that got called into work, I suggest you let me do my job before you don't have a boss anymore. I said.
"I won't have you threaten me sir." The guard said.
"I am not threatening you. I am telling you what will happen if you don't let me through. Why would I go through if I don't work here?" I asked.
"Joshua, come on. Some of them are getting on my nerves. You need to prepare for surgery." DK said.
"I would but this guard won't let me through." I said.
"He is one of our doctors. No one would be coming through here if they didn't work here." DK said.
"Let's go as we could do this all night." I said.
I went through the door and put my coat on. I got a list of patients who need attention now and I will do as many as I can before the surgery.
I made my way through the patients who all had similar wounds. As well as all being in similar clothes. I was out in the hall getting spoken about the surgery I will be doing. Then we heard commotion.
"What's going on?" I asked.
"The patient is refusing treatment. He wants their usual doctor but he is on vacation so isn't here." S.Coups said.
"Do you know what's wrong with him?" I asked.
"Nope won't let me near them." S.Coups said.
"Prepare the patient who needs surgery. I will be back in 2 minutes. S.Coups come with me." I said.
We walked into the room and the patient had a friend who wasn't happy.
"What right do you have to barge in here? Do you not know who I am?" A guy says.
