DK Point Of View
"Why are you divorcing me?" I asked my husband.
"I don't love you anymore." He said.
"After everything we have been through. Fighting with our parents about our relationship. The hassle we have had to get married and the hassle of adopting where we now have a 4 month old. Why now?" I asked.
"I realised this is not what I want. I want to party and have fun." My husband said.
"Go to hell." I said with a few tears running down my face.
I headed upstairs and packed my clothes and my baby's clothes. No way am I leaving my baby with him. I called my friend asking for a place to crash. I packed the car and took my baby. The look on my husband's face was surprising.
"Where are you taking him?" My husband asked.
"With me. You said you don't want this life so I am taking my son as I want this life. You can have fun all you want." I said.
I drove off after ignoring my husband's begs for not taking his son away from him. I got to my friend's place and cried. My friend's boyfriend took my son to put him down. I cried as I told Seungkwan what happened.
"My friend is a divorce lawyer. I am sure he will help you out." Joshua said.
2 days later Joshua dropped me off where his divorce lawyer friend works. I had my baby in his pram while I looked stupid not knowing where to go.
"How may I help you?" the receptionist asked.
"I am here to see Vernon, divorce lawyer." I said.
"2nd floor to the right when you exit the lift. He has been notified you have arrived." The receptionist said.
I thanked her and made my way to the 2nd floor. This place looks so expensive. I sat at the seats and checked on my son who was sound asleep. I looked up to see the most beautiful guy I have ever seen. Hair slicked back. Black suit . He looked hot hot hot.
"You can come inside now. Thank you for waiting." Vernon said.
"No problem." I said.
I was shocked walking in and seeing kid toys and books. I heard him chuckle as I sat down.
"Joshua told me to expect you so I assume you are DK." Vernon said.
"Yes." I said.
"I am a divorce lawyer but most of my cases are divorcing parents. I have an area in my office so if people couldn't get a babysitter then hopefully the few things I have can entertain them. Am I the first lawyer you have been to?" Vernon said.
