N and Uzi were bustling around the parking lot, prepping the car for their road trip. N was on the phone with Doll, making sure they had everything they needed for the seance. His phone was on speaker so Uzi could hear too.

"Alright, Doll, what's the list again?" N asked, scribbling down notes.

Doll's voice crackled through the speaker. "You'll need candles, a small mirror, salt, a personal item of the spirit, and some herbs—sage and rosemary should do. The last item depends on what you want the outcome to be. Do you want to get rid of the spirit entirely, or do you want it connected to someone else?"

Uzi didn't hesitate. "I prefer the second option. What do we need for that?"

Doll paused before answering. "You'll need some DNA from the person you want to transfer the spirit to. Hair or nails will work."

Uzi nodded thoughtfully. "Got it. We'll plan to transfer Nori's spirit to my dad. We'll make a pit stop to get some of his hair or something."

Before they could get in the car, Sam appeared out of nowhere, looking desperate. "Guys, please let me come with you. If I have to spend any more time with my parents, I'm gonna shoot myself."

N looked at Uzi, then back at Sam. "Doll, can Uzi's stoner roommate come with us?"

Doll's laughter echoed through the speaker. "Sure, but on one condition: he brings some of his stash. Maybe if he gets high enough he might not talk too much."

Sam's face lit up. "Deal! I've got plenty to share."

With everything packed, the trio set off to pick up Doll. The drive was filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness. N, Uzi, and Sam chatted about the upcoming seance and what they might expect.

When they arrived at Doll's place, she was waiting outside with a duffel bag slung over her shoulder. She got in the car, giving everyone a nod of acknowledgment.

"Hey, Doll," N greeted. "We brought everything on the list."

"Good," Doll replied, her eyes scanning the items. "This should do."

As they drove towards their destination, Uzi directed them to make a quick detour to her dad's place. She needed to get some of his hair for the seance. When they arrived, Uzi quickly hopped out, telling the others to wait.

She stealthily entered the house, finding her dad asleep in the living room. Uzi carefully snipped a small lock of his hair, then slipped back out of the house without waking him.

"Got it," Uzi said triumphantly as she got back in the car.

"Nice work," Doll commented, impressed. "Now we have everything we need."

As they pulled away from Khan's house, Doll, who was sitting in the front seat after calling shotgun first, immediately took control of the music. N had his phone plugged into the car's stereo system, and Doll eagerly started rifling through his playlist.

"Let's see what you've got here, N," Doll said with a mischievous grin. She scrolled through the options and was taken aback. "What the hell? Why do you have so much 2Pac?"

N shrugged, keeping his eyes on the road but glancing sideways at her. "What can I say? I'm a big fan."

"You listen to hip-hop?" Doll asked, genuinely surprised. She had shared a dorm with N for the past eight months, but she never expected this.

"Yeah, I relate to a lot of the messages in the music," N replied nonchalantly. "Plus, there's plenty of bops."

Doll wrinkled her nose. "I hate hip-hop. It's just noise to me."
