Chapter 7 Nichole
"Boom! I win once again!" I yelled running around Louis' living room. It was Saturday and I had nothing else to do, so we called a 'meeting'. Blaine, Louis, Lottie, and I were playing Just Dance 3 in his living room and I was kicking butt and taking names if you know what I mean. "How many wins was that?" I asked jumping on the couch. Louis grabbed my legs and I plopped down.
"We were just getting warmed up." Louis suggested. Blaine collapsed on the kitchen floor and groaned.
"We've played ten songs and she's won every single time. I'm tired!" I laughed.
"Yeah Louis. I'm done too." Lottie laid the remote on the glass coffee table. Louis sighed and I raised my eyebrow.
"Giving up yet?" I teased and he shook his head. "Fine. If you win this one you can take me on another date, if I win you get to take me shopping all day." He thought about this.
"I get to take you anywhere I want. Right?" I nodded and he smiled. "Deal."
"I pick the song!" I smiled before hopping off of the couch. I browsed the songs before picking 'Boom.' "You'll have to shake your butt in this one!" I warned Louis and he smirked.
"Do you really think that's a problem if you have an ass like mine?" I shook my head before playing the song. I was winning when two sets of arms wrapped around me.
"What the?" Blaine and Lottie picked me up and were hauling me out of the room while Louis continued dancing. "Cheater!" I yelled and he laughed.
"You didn't give me any rules." He smirked and won. Lottie let go of my arms andBlainelet go of my legs. He walked over to me and offered me his hand to help me up. I ignored it and stood up crossing my arms. "C'mon love. Don't be a sore loser." I rolled my eyes and pushed past him. Before I could get away he grabbed my elbow. "Let's go babe." I raised my eyebrow. "Our date?" I sighed regretting making a deal. "You're going to love it!"

"Hell. No." I stated crossing my arms. "Are you trying to kill me?" Louis smiled and shook his head.
"But you made a deal, so you have to." I reluctantly stepped into the helicopter. "Besides, it's only one jump." I glared at him. Louis had failed to tell me that our 'date' could kill me.
"I hate you." I played with my hand nervously. I hate heights, like I am completely and utterly terrified. The helicopter was in the sky with its blades cutting through the air in swift movements. I started to take deep breaths and I closed my eyes to try and calm down. "I really hate you." I mumbled again. I felt him grab my hand reassuringly. I opened my eyes to find him staring intensely at me. "What!" I snapped. Before he could answer the instructor came back.
"You two ready?" Louis nodded and I didn't move. The instructor, Ray, raised his eyebrow. "Is she okay?" he asked Louis who shrugged. Since I was already in my gear I watched Ray help Louis put on his. When they noticed I still hadn't moved Louis made his way over to me. He placed his hands on either side of my hips sending tingles up my spine. His gaze held mine and he leaned forward. He kissed my lips softly before pulling away. This kiss wasn't hungry or desperate, it was understanding.
"You don't have to do this." I shook my head. No. You need to overcome your fears even if it is one at a time. "Are you sure?" I nodded.
"Yes." What I really wanted to do was kiss him again. To feel his soft pink lips move perfectly in sync with mine. I cleared my mind as Ray attached Louis to the back of me.
"You guys will go first and I'll jump behind you. When I tell you to pull the cord" Ray looked at me sternly. "Do it." I nodded. He opened the hatch. Oh my god. I thought as I stepped up to the edge. Nichole Kiyren Banks. What did you get yourself into? I heard Louis shouting over the roaring wind, but I couldn't understand it. I felt everything close in. All my fears grew invisible hands and were choking me. I narrowed my eyes. No. Not this time.
So I jumped.
The air rushed around me and Louis' free-falling bodies. I heard Louis scream in excitement. I smiled and stared at the beautiful forest below us. My eyes widened. How are you suppose to land safely in trees? I looked over at Ray who was giving me the signal to pull the cord, but I ignored it. Every time I thought about pulling the cord, my brain mentally bitch slapped me. Ray was hopelessly trying to get the message to me, but I only heard one voice. "You're going to kill us both if you don't pull it now!" Louis screamed in fear. I couldn't see him and fear was choking me again. It seemed like we had been falling forever and the trees looked extremely close and dangerous. I closed my eyes and reached for the only thing that would save us both.
