Chapter 1

Maddie Capone day started out like any ordinary day until she laid eyes on fire house 51 bad boy Kelly Severide.

She came into working thinking it might be a slow day. She ate her words. The bells went off.

Aumblance 41 person in distress.

3131 West Madison.

Maddie and her partner Natalie jumped in the ambo and drove to the call.

As they pulled up they saw another fire house down the block.

Natalie commented I wonder what's going on down there.

I don't know Maddie said. Let's get to work and then we can find out when we are done.

As they look at the situation more people are in distress than they realized. They spring into action and care for the victims.

As the last victim is accounted for.

Severide aka sexyride as he is known among her friends. Walks up and says thanks for helping out. I'm Kelly Severide but everyone calls me Severide .

I know Maddie says. Your reputation proceeds you.

Does it now Kelly replied.

By the way I'm Mackenzie but everyone calls me Maddie.

Maddie turns around and walks away. Heads back to the ambo.

I see you were talking to sexyride. Natalie laughed.

Lol I hate when you call him that she replied. Well he is sexy and fun to ride. You be the one to say that.

As they get back to the station.

Maddie starts seeing what supplies they need to restock the ambo. As Maddie is taking inventory. She can't help but smile as she thinks about Severide.

She takes out her phone and texts her best friend Hailey who's a detective in intelligence at the 21st district.

I had the pleasure of meeting Severide in person. She texted Hailey.

I have to admit hales he is sexy in person.

She thinks about what she is going to wear.

Hmm maybe my ripped jeans black t shirt and my flannel.

She turns her attention back to her inventory list. Where was I she said out loud.

She finishes up and closes the ambo doors. Goes to the locker room to grab her stuff and change out of her uniform.
