" Cyrus, the rookie is starting tomorrow, how do you feel " Marcus said, chuckling as he held his beer can near my mouth as if it was a mic.

" Get away from me,"  I said and pushed the can out of my face, I've been rushing at work to get some shit done before the rookie arrives so that I have time to teach him and so I was exhausted.

" I still can't believe you're not getting paid for it, should we call the CEO or something, about this " Marcus asked.

" Thanks for reminding me, he said the guy was smart and shit and won't make it hard for me so there is no need to get paid for such an easy job " I explained rolling my eyes.

" But still, it's an extra task that you're doing that you're not getting paid for, " Marcus said as he took a sip of his beer.

" Just forget it " I responded and layed down on my bed. " You should go home man, it's late and we have work tomorrow," I said, yawning.

" I'll take this as you politely kicking me out of your house, okay man, I'll see you tomorrow," Marcus said as he got up from the ground, put the rest of the unopened beer cans in the fridge, and went out, the second I heard the door close I quickly drifted into sleep.

" Cyrus, this is our newest employee and your new colleague, Eros," my supervisor said, introducing the new team member.

" Hi," I greeted with a forced smile as I looked up at the man.

" H-hey " he replied, wow, they are hiring a fucking pussy, why the hell is he stuttering and why the hell does he look like he's about to have a panic attack.

" Eros, Cyrus here is going to be giving you a tour around the company and teaching you all about work and how we do things around here, welcome to the company " my supervisor explained and ended his talking with a quick pat on the guy's shoulder.

" Be nice " my supervisor warned as he walked past me and left me with the newbie.

" Okay let's go, to be honest, I'm quite tired so I'm not going to give you a full tour of the whole company, I'm just going to show you the important places around here " I explained.

Oh my fucking life, why is he staring at me like that, bro fucking answer, god I have so much work to do.

" You okay man? " I asked after a few minutes of just standing there, him staring at me as if I'm his lost puppy.

" I---- I'm sorry but ...... Have we met before? " He asked.

This is going to be a long day with this crazy guy.

" Bro I don't know what's going on with you but this is the first time that I ever saw you in my life," I said starting to get frustrated, I still have to teach him how to use a photocopying machine if he doesn't know and still have to teach him how to use the computer and still have to do a lot of shit.

" A-are you sure? " He asked

" Bro, yes, I've never seen you before," I said now getting mad.

" I'm sorry, but, can you please look at me well, maybe you've seen me before without the glasses," he said and frantically took off his glasses.

" Bro, do you want me to give you this tour or are we going to spend the whole morning trying to remember if we met before?" I asked pinching the bridge of my nose.

" It just feels like I've seen you before, like ......like I've known you my whole life, but I can't remember where I saw you before" he explained as he put back his glasses.

" Well neither do I, so can we get to the important stuff now " I asked.

He nodded and I started showing him around the place, the bathrooms, the photocopying room, the break room, the supervisor's office, and lastly his desk.
