Hanni's POV

When I woke up Minji was gone, I got out of bed and saw that the money was not on the table.

Obviously, she took it, I don't blame her, who would want to put up with me and for free.

I went down to have breakfast.

— Hi mom.

— Hello, honey — she served me breakfast — Minji already left — she said, I looked at her scared — I know she spent the night here, I ran into her when she was leaving, and her car was outside, she told me she slept in the guest room — I felt relief when I heard that lie — You didn't fight or something, right? — I shook my head — The thing is that she told me that she couldn't take care of Eunchae anymore because her college schedules had changed, but to tell you the truth that sounded more like an excuse to me — I raised my shoulders — Is something the matter? — I shook my head.

She's gone.

It's over.

Minji's POV

Two weeks had passed since I admitted my feelings, two weeks since I wasn't lying to myself anymore, two weeks that I was in a bad state. I didn't think this would affect me so much but apparently it did, I'm unwell, I don't feel like doing anything, not even going out with other girls not even going out with Haerin or Danielle. Every night I do the same thing; I put on music, so I don't think and just fall asleep.

I was in my college room, I was alone since my roommate, Yeji, had gone to party. It's normal, it was Friday, almost the whole campus was out.

I heard a knock on the door, got up to open it, and found Haerin.

— Can I come in?

— Yes of course. Is something the matter? — We sat on my bed.

—Nothing's wrong with me but I can't say the same thing about you— I say.

I hate that Haerin knows me so well.

— So? What's the matter? — She insisted.

—Haerinnie, I prefer not to talk about it, not for now.

— Okay, but you know I'm here whenever you want to talk.

— Yes, I know.

— Well Kim, what do you want to do? And don't tell me you want to sleep.

— I don't know, shall we go down to the living room?

I needed to distract myself.

— Sure, let's go.

Haerin and I headed to the living room, there were several arcade games, a pool table, a giant TV to watch movies, and even a small dance floor.

Haerin and I started playing on one of the machines, we were so focused on hitting the dolls that we didn't realize that Danielle was behind us.

— Ladies! — She shouted, scaring us both.

— Idiot, you scared us.

—Because of you I lost—Haerin hit her on the arm with the mace.

— Ouch! —She took it off.

— Heyy, give it to me.

— Nooooo... What are you doing? — Haerin asked while Danielle started playing, moving the two of us away from the place where we were playing.
