Risa POV
My friends invited me to a friend gathering aka lunch for us all. Leni, Loren, Kiko, Win and Imee were all going. The friend group will be complete again and that made me happy.
I was happy to see them again since we haven't seen each other in a month now. The thought of seeing them makes my day even better.
I wore a basic outfit before leaving home.
The drive way quite with soft and somber music playing and I was humming along.
When I arrived we all greeted each other at the entrance.
“Uy Risa! Gumaganda ahh” Loren exclaimed
“Nagmana yan sa’kin” Kiko added making me giggle.
“Excuse me, ako kaya ang OG” Imee yelped out.
Leni just greeted me with a beso.
“Tara na sa loob, umiinit na dito sa labas.” Win said nonchalantly.
We all got inside, the hot air evaporated into cold ones. Making me shiver a little.
When we sat down the waiter took our orders.
“Ano na balita mga mare?” tanong ni Loren
“Eto gumaganda everyday” I said sarcastically.
“Sus! I'm fine, medyo nasa gitna...” Leni added before turning to Kiko and Win.
“Eh kayo? Kumusta na kaya?” they both looked dumbfounded
“Oks lang ako ah!” Kiko jokingly said.
“Im fine too I guess.” Win says nonchalantly again. Jusku.
We were all busy talking and gossiping when our order came.
“Yon! I'm starving!” Leni exclaimed.
We enjoyed eating, cracking up a few jokes here and there.
“ehm, may chinita banda sa likod ni Risa-” Loren didn't get to finish her words when my neck snapped back behind me.
Damn, she's really pretty and cute. The woman behind me is surely a chinita her long and smooth hair goes so well on her and that body shape?! Geez, hold me back I think nabading ako dito. I thought to myself.
When I turned back I realized that Loren was also staring at her. Something inside me lit up when I saw her staring too.
I knew that Loren's type was also chinita's and didn't really mind at first but this time it really made me think differently.
My eyes were so focused on Loren and the way she looked at the chinita behind me, some may say “if looks could kill.”
Loren stared back into my eyes with the same intensity, now the tension was everywhere and the atmosphere changed quickly.
“EHEM! Hm.. okay lang ba kayo?” Leni was first to break the silence.
“We’re fine.” Me and Loren both said coldly at the same time. And I glared at her.
Forget the food to be honest, I lost my appetite there.
“Risa? Why don't you get her number? Mukhang mag-isa lang siya eh.” Loren added before sipping her wine.
