Risa POV

Here she goes again. My door swung wide open, my eyes darted to her direction. For some reason I already knew it was her the moment I heard the footsteps approaching.
She closed the door gently, keeping eye contact with me. My eyes admired her body up and down. She knows damn well the effect she has on me when she wears that dress. She smirks upon seeing my eyes travel down her body slowly.

One thing led to another and the next moment, who would've thought? She's sitting on my lap. Our lipstick both smudges and messy. Her breathing was ragged. Her dress was now above her waistline. Her breast almost exposed. I kiss her neck knowing it's her weak spot. She moans. We both did.

Risa POV

It's wasn't always like this, so how did things turn out this way? None of us expected this actually. We hated each other. I hated her more. We should've been arguing. I should've backed off and ignored her the first time I bumped into her. But fait is such an unknown moment. You may never know when you meet your soulmate.

I am sitting in front of her in the Senate hearing. This is the first day, well for me it's the first day of hell. I have dealt with cases like this before so it's no surprise. I also have dealt with people like her - pathological liars. I don't let her get to my head too much as I felt stressed already.

But she isn't someone I meet often, there's something about her that I can't remember. Who is she? Why is she making me feel this way? I think to myself as I stare off into the corner trying to avoid her sticky gaze. Or maybe it's the accident that happened earlier, that's why she's stuck to my mind.

Earlier, I was on my way to the bathroom inside the Senate. When I entered I saw a woman with long hair, she was washing her hands and I could see how her eyes turned to my direction.

I gulped down hardly, that gaze was intimidating in a good way that I wanted to stare at her forever. I admired her, her eyeglasses, her long, black and silky hair, her body- no, stop it. Stop thinking about those. Focus.

I cleared my throat before having enough courage to go beside her and wash my hands. Sabi ko mag reretouch ako, bakit nagbago ang plano? I felt her burning gaze looking at me up and down.

I eye her and from my peripheral vision, I could see her evident smirk. She was the type of person that would make you question yourself. I tie my hair feeling the heat in the room. I turn to leave.

"You look better with your hair down Senator."

My cheeks went red. I turned to her and she was leaning in the sink, her eyes were glued to me and I felt nervous. I smiled and nodded wanting to get out of that situation as fast as possible.

When I got out of the bathroom the air felt light and it was no longer hot. I don't know why I would listen let alone to a stranger but I did. I slowly remove my hair tie letting my hair set loose. She was right. Maybe I did look better with my hair loose. I was smiling the whole way there.

I arrived and the place was already hefty and full. I sat down, Gatchalian greeted me I guess he could see how smiley I was. Keeping in mind my reddened cheeks.

"You seem flustered today sen."

He turns to his papers once again.

"Ahh wala 'to mainit lang kasi today."
