I woke up feeling lighter than I had in years. The events of last night played in my mind like a beautiful dream, but the smile on my face told me it was all real. I grabbed my phone and saw a message from my... boyfriend.

Nanonism: 'Good morning. 😊'

I quickly typed a reply, my heart swelling with happiness.

OBiome: 'Good morning. I can't wait to see you today. ☀️'

We had agreed to meet at the station again, just like we had been doing, but today felt different. Today, we were starting a new chapter in our lives.

At practice, Jay and Jean couldn't stop teasing me about my public confession. "Now maybe I'll have to propose in front of the whole city or something," Jay said, grinning.

"Yeah," Jean added, rolling his eyes playfully. "I was planning on a simple date, but now I'll need fireworks and a marching band?"

I laughed, feeling a bit embarrassed but mostly proud. "Oh, come on. I was just tying my shoelaces while talking."

Jay smirked and patted me on the back. "Sure, Romeo. Whatever you say."

Jean snorted. "Next time, try to keep it a little less dramatic. But seriously, we're happy for you."

I grinned at them, grateful for their support despite the teasing. "Thanks, guys. It means a lot, even if you're both a pain in the ass."

"Asshole!" They both ran after me, throwing everything at me that came to their hands, while I couldn't help laughing.

The practice went by in a blur, my mind constantly drifting back to Nanon. When it finally ended, I rushed to get changed and headed to the station.

Nanon was already there, waiting for me with a bright smile. As soon as he saw me, he waved, and I felt my heart skip a beat. This was our new beginning, and I couldn't be happier.
