Me and Xiao, we don't get along much. He messes around with me and always gets on my nerves. I try to play it cool and act like it doesn't bother me, it does.

We've been like this for awhile. There are times when he can be slightly kind, not often tho.

"Hey Aether? You having stupid fantasies again?" Of course, he shows up right in the middle of explaining.

"No, lunatic." He frowns deeply.

"I'm not a lunatic." Xiao flicks the back of my head softly, almost like he wasn't trying to hurt me. "I was just trying to give you something. Yk, for making you fall earlier?"

"What is it?" I ask. He hands me a small plush. It's a cat, it also resembles him. I look up at Xiao then back down at the plush. Did he really feel so bad for punching me that he got me a plush?

"I don't care if you like it or anything, but you're keeping it. If I find out you threw it away or gave it to someone, I'll push you harder next time." I laugh a little bit. "What's so funny? Im serious!" He doesn't look mad at all.

"Don't worry, I'll keep it." I smile while holding the cat closely.

"Whatever." He sighs and walks away. Just as he leaves, my sister walks in.

"Aether!" She yells while running to hug me. "What's that?" I follow her gaze down to the cat.

"Oh nothing, Xiao gave it to me. Weird right?" She moves her eyebrows different directions. "No. Lumine, no."

"Lumine yes." She giggles. "I'm right, you'll see." She skips off.

"I can't be alone for 5 seconds today." I mumble.

- Fast forward to going home -

"Bye idiot!" Xiao shouts.

"Bye shorty!" I yell back.

This isn't very enemy-like but I didn't want them to be friends and I wanted to add the cat plush from my other story cus it was just so cute how he gave him the plush and it looks like him😭😭
