Aditya POV:
After hours of flying, the plane finally landed in Bali. The wheels touched smoothly on the runway and the plane came to a slow stop. The captain came to the intercom once more, informing the passengers that they had arrived at their destination. As the announcement finished, I glanced out the window and let out a soft exhale, a smile on my lips.
"We're here Mini! Welcome to Bali" We stepped out of the plane and entered the warm, humid air of Bali. The sun shone brightly overhead, and the gentle breeze carried the scent of the ocean. I led the way, grabbing her bags and guiding her towards the airport exit. As we walked, the scenery around us was vibrant and filled with tropical plants and flowers, adding to the island's natural beauty.
Navigating our way, we both continued walking into the arrivals area. As we stepped outside, we were met with the sights and sounds of Bali. I hailed a taxi and loaded our bags into the trunk, opening the door for her to get in. I slid into the backseat beside her, A smile on our face as we looked out the window at the passing scenery.
"Where are we going now, Mama?" She asked with a confused tone. I glanced out the window once more, taking in the lush greenery and palm trees that lined the road. "We're heading to our hotel now. My friend has booked us a room in one of the best resorts on the island. It's a beautiful place with all the amenities we could need" I replied and a smile took over my lips as she hugged my arm and put her head on my shoulder.
The taxi pulled up in front of a luxurious resort, nestled among the trees and surrounded by lush gardens. The building was beautiful with its traditional architecture blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. I got out of the taxi grabbed our bags from the trunk, and helped her out. I took her hand in mine and led her towards the entrance of the resort.
We walked into the lobby of the resort, admiring the elegant interior and the attentive staff waiting to greet us. I approached the reception desk, checked in with the receptionist, and received the keys to our room. The elevator doors opened with a soft "Ding" breaking the moment between us. As we entered the room, she was immediately struck by its beauty. The room was spacious and elegant, with traditional Balinese decor and modern amenities. The large windows allowed the natural lights to pour in, and a soft, tropical breeze filtered through the room.
A satisfied smile placed across my lips, as I watched her reaction. "What do you want for breakfast, Mini?" I extricate myself from her side, standing up from the bed to grab the hotel's room service menu off the bedside table. She quickly scanned the menu. "How about we order some Balinese mixed vegetables sautéed with garlic and chili, some fried Tempe for protein? Does that sound good?" She asked me with her eyebrows raised in a curiosity which made me chuckle. "Podhuma di? (Is it enough?) I questioned again to which she flipped the menu.
"And, a veg burger! How about we add a side of potato wedges to go with it?" She tilted her head and asked me like a school kid. Cute she is! "Fine! Let's add your must drink too" I said indicating her habit of drinking Orange juice daily. She smiled and went bathroom to get freshened. I had the call and ordered our menu.
When she came out with her sleeveless t-shirt and a little shorts, My heart skipped a beat. She looks damn sexy! As if on Cue, A knock sounded on the door, signaling the arrival of room service. I got that from them, grabbing a plate and starting to dish up her food. "Here you go, Sweetheart! Your Veggie paradise" I mocked her playfully and we started to eat.
I had changed into a casual yet fashionable outfit, pairing a loose-fitting linen shirt with some comfortable trousers and sandals. My hair was styled in its usual effortless messy look. She was wearing a sundress, featuring a lightweight, airy fabric in a vibrant print. It had a flowing silhouette, falling gently from her shoulders and accentuating the curves of her body. She looked both effortlessly chic and stunning in it.
