Yamini POV:
It was a lovely trip! The landscape, the organic lifestyle, and the way people greet us warmly melt my heart. It's been 5 days since we arrived here, and each day brings a new opportunity to celebrate. The next day, after the major Pongal, we celebrated Maatu Pongal, which honors the cows and livestock that aided farmers with agriculture. They are adorned and worshipped that day. The next day, we played games organized by the local inhabitants. Many games were reserved for men and women, regardless of age. I was overjoyed to see so many ladies willingly step up and engage in games. It is really appreciable.
A quick summary of this village celebration was a glimpse in my mind while we were posing for the picture. We were gathered before the house to take photos. "Anna, wait! Is everyone covered in the image? " Aditya mama asked the photographer as he was standing beside his mom. Next to his mom, my mom is standing. And to my mom's left side, I was standing. "Amma, You go and stand beside Yamini's mom. Yamini you come here! So that all the ladies can stand together" He said and planned for me to stand beside him.
"Mama, How about me?" Rithika asked to which he signaled his thumb as great. With a smirk, we started to pose and took lots of pictures. Finally, everyone was bidding bye and I was standing with my mom. Yaazhan and Appa were loading the luggage in the car trunk. It's time for me to say bye. "Bye mama" With a smile I waved my hands and he was leaning on his mom side hugging her.
As the car proceeded away from the entrance, My mobile displayed a notification. It was a message from Aditya Mama.
'See you soon in Chennai'
-Sure! I replied and started to have a chat with mom. Even though I was with my family during these holidays, I miss talking with them. If I could spend just a little bit more time with my family, I'd want it to be talking and playing with them. Spending our holidays with family is incomparable to relatives. With that feeling, I fell into slumber and after a couple of hours, we reached our home. As everyone was tired, we went to take a nap. Essential for now!
After spending a couple of days with my family, it's really hard to leave my home and my family. Yaazhan intended to take me to Chennai, but he needed to go to Bangalore for an important meeting. So, I told him to care of his stuff. I booked the train for this evening.
THE NEXT DAY:
Here we go again! Swiping up my screen, I stopped the alarm and got ready for the training. Fitting myself in a Pink open top bottomed with white ankle-length pants, Plaited my hair sideward. Cute! Praising myself, I took my bag and mobile. Descending the stairs, I walked into the dining area of the hostel. "Semiya Upma va?" My eyes widened in stupor after hearing about the meal. I dislike it the most! After returning from the dining hall with disappointment, I unlocked the front gate and began walking.
"Oi Mini" The familiar voice beckoned to me, and I turned to see my Aditya mama. That was him! When I saw him, a smile spread across my lips. "Va drop pandren!" (Come I'll drop you) He held my hands and saunter towards his car. He opened the door and made me sit in the front passenger seat. Oh! Gentleman thing! I left a chuckle and he came inside and started to drive.
"What about your training? When will it end?" He asked and I answered him as within a couple of months. He nodded his head as yes and continued to drive. I could feel him looking at me all the time. This causes the butterflies in my stomach to flutter. With a smile, I was looking out the window. "Puthusa paakra maari veliyavey paathutu vara" ( You're looking out the window as if you're seeing it for the first time) He asked me in a teasing way which painted my cheeks red. I felt his hand on my thigh. For a moment, My heart skipped a beat.
I tried to move his hand but he tightened his grip. "Cheri, Trip polama?" (Okay! Shall we go for a trip?) He asked me in a charming tone. "But we were together during the Pongal holidays right?" to tease him, I asked in a nonchalant tone. He clicked his tongue in disappointment and pouted his lips. Cute! This is my first time seeing him like a frustrated baby.
As we reached the center, I got down from the car and waved him bye. "Enna madam? Call kooda panla?" (What Madam? You didn't even call me?) I was scared due to Arjun's sudden voice behind me. "Don't you have sense, Achu? I was scared for a moment!" I replied in Anger and started to walk towards the entrance. "Mini! " I turned back to see Aditya Mama running towards me. "What happened mama?" I asked him to which he handed my kerchief. I left inside the car. "Ohhh.. Thanks Mama" I stated with a smile.
"Who's this?" He asked pointing out Arjun standing next to me. "He is Arjun! I've said earlier. Do you remember?" I asked and reminded him. "Nice to meet you bro" Arjun extended his hand to give a handshake, while he was looking at him. For a correction, He was judging him badly which can be seen through his face.
Shaking hand with a weird smile, He was looking at him from top to bottom. After we send off Aditya Mama, we returned to class. My thoughts were about the day when he kissed my waist. Before we have our first kiss, he kissed my waist. It sounds weird but If I was there with him on the day for an hour, he would've made me unable to walk. Chuckling myself, I shifted my attention on class.
It's evening 4 and I was watching a movie in Netflix.

I answered the call and heard my favourite voice humming a song. "Seems like someone is happy" I stated while lying down the bed and hugged the pillow. "Dinner date polama?" (Shall we go for a dinner date?) He asked directly and I was squealing inside. "Umm.... I think, I'll be busy this evening" Teasing him is my favourite hobby now-a-days. I heard a sound of clicking his tongue in disappointment. "I was kidding you mama. I'll come" I stated and heard him laughing in happiness. He's cute! "Cheri! 7 ku ready ah iru. Mama unna pick up panna varen" (Fine, Be ready at 7. Your Mama will come to pick up you) He concluded and I ended the call. Paiyanuku orey kushi than! (He seems to be happy) I muttered and rolled on the bed hugging my pillow.
DINNER DATE:
Dressing myself in a Knee length Blue gown, I half-clutched my hair and put on a minimal make up that suits the outfit and hairstyle. Oh my god! This heel will broke my nerve before I return to room. But, Only this can be suitable for the outfit. Fine! Lemme adjust with this. I dolled up myself in a cute way to froze him with my charm. As he messaged me that he is waiting for me at the road, I left the room and went down.
I can see his eyes widened in surprise after seeing me saunter towards him. He literally seemed stunned after seeing me. Dolling up produced the finest results! I yelled mentally, trying not to let my joy show on my face. But, I can't help about the crimson red tint on my cheeks. And, To be honest, He looked like a Greek god standing before me. He was wearing a white shirt that hugged his body in all the right places, paired with dark jeans that emphasized his long legs. His hair was messy and tousled, giving him a handsome appearance. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. No! Don't kill me with your handsomeness!
