She heard a knock

She heard a knock. "Come in," Soo-min peeked inside. "Ma'am, are you okay?" Soo-min asked politely. I responded with a noncommittal "hmm." breathtaking

"Ma'am, you have to take a company tour. If we start now, we'll surely end up before evening," she said, glancing at her iPad. "Shall we begin with the 90th floor, ma'am?"

"Okay, let's go." I grabbed my phone and headed outside. Soo-min followed closely. Just as I reached the elevator, I noticed her standing near the door. "What happened?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Ma'am-we're here," her words were interrupted by Jimin approaching us, accompanied by Taehyung. I shot Soo-min a questioning look. "Actually, ma'am, he's also new to this company, so you both need a company tour. That's why they're joining us," she explained.

Her words fueled my frustration. My day was already off to a rocky start, and I didn't want it to get worse. Suppressing my annoyance, I stepped into the elevator. Soo-min followed suit. As Taehyung moved to enter, I pressed the button to close the doors. "See you on the 90th floor," I said, forcing a smile. His irritated expression was exactly what I needed – a small victory amidst the chaos.

He rolled his eyes and glanced at Jimin, who was staring at the closed elevator. "Are you planning to break this?" Jimin shook his head, indicating that he wasn't. "Let's take another elevator," he suggested.

"It's been over five minutes. Are they building a new elevator or something? I can't wait any longer." My impatience grew as I spoke. Just then, the elevator doors chimed open, revealing Taehyung. His demeanor was unfamiliar to me—cold, stern, and professional. As he walked past, my eyes followed him.

"Ma'am?" Soo-min's voice snapped me out of my thoughts. "Were you saying something?"

I hesitated. Had I been talking aloud? "Nothing important," I replied, trying to regain my composure. I fell into step beside Taehyung, my curiosity piqued by this enigmatic stranger.

They both moved with the grace of a power couple. At first glance, no one would suspect that they had been locked in a heated argument just moments ago—like a real-life Tom and Jerry. No one can guess that The Tom - I mean Taehyung hides his hatred for her and how much he despise her. There faces were cold and stern like if they found any error they will kill them at the point.

Little did anyone know that Taehyung concealed his intense dislike for her beneath that cold, stern facade. It was as if any misstep would result in swift retribution.

Following them were Jimin, Soo-min, and Sujin. Jimin, the ultimate charmer, was busy captivating the attention of girls. The trio of tuxedo-clad men—each one devastatingly handsome—had the ladies swooning. Meanwhile, many men cast lustful glances at Soo-min, only to be met with Jimin's withering glare. Soo-min, absorbed in her iPad, remained oblivious to the attention.

Sujin, ever the introvert, kept his eyes glued to his own device. But Isabella's demeanor spoke volumes. Each step she took emitted a silent warning: approach with caution. Her unwavering composure made it clear that any ill intentions would lead to dire consequences.
