They went from being roommates to sharing secret kisses in a tent pretty quickly. The camping trip went on for another couple days until the weather decided to switch up and absolutely pour down, practically drowning the tents into oblivion.
It wasn't long after that Bobby & Juno planned a small getaway to a local beach. She wasn't entirely sure it was a date despite her being the one to ask him to go with her.
The drive up there was a little awkward but not torturous enough. It was a peaceful ride and they listened to a playlist Bobby had made for her in which she almost passed out once she was told. It involved a lot of Clairo, The 1975 and a little bit of Nirvana.
"I should probably tell you now that I'm not the biggest fan of sand." Bobby broke the silence, catching her attention.
Juno gave him a weird look, "then why did you agree to come with me?" She asked in a confused tone.
"Because I like being with you." He confessed, not thinking about his words.
Her heart stopped. Nobody had ever told her this before unless it was Maeve but this was a guy. A guy she had the biggest crush on. He felt the same way.
"Does this make you my boyfriend?" Juno questioned, genuinely asking him.
Bobby smiled and started to laugh. "Yes. If you'll have me." He nodded.
Juno let out an excited squeal, her face reddening instantly. "Oh shit. I actually have a boyfriend." Her smile grew wider.
"Can we pull over for a second?" She urged as he looked at her with an unsure expression, looking for somewhere to pull over safely.
The car came to a stop at the car park of the beach and almost immediately, Juno leaned over and kissed him. He was caught off guard but eventually kissed her back.
