Samuel couldn't help the smile that tugged at his lips as he scrolled through the comments, heart warm and happy. The past two months had been long and grueling, filled with intensive training, learning choreographies, and vocals for their upcoming songs. The company had ensured every second of their time was occupied, determined to produce the next best-selling boy group.
It was almost unreal when he thought about it. To be part of the top idol-making agency in South Korea, alongside some of the biggest names in the industry; to debut with a group of people he had grown close to during the process; and to see his hard work pay off. It was all he ever wanted, and he had finally achieved it.
The sound of someone entering the break room caught Samuel's attention. Looking up from his phone, he saw an unfamiliar boy walking into the room. The boy didn't seem older than him. His hair was black, and his bangs swept across his forehead. He walked with his hands shoved into the pockets of his ripped jeans. A white T-shirt hung loosely on his mildly built frame, and his face was covered by a black mask. The boy looked around the room before his eyes landed on Samuel, and his steps faltered.
