HWANG TAE looked up in surprise as Cheongsan woke up and rushed over to the window, looking up. Onjo slowly got up as well and went over to the window. Tae groaned as he gently shifted Suhyeok's head on the cabinet as he removed his entangled legs from Suhyeok's. Standing up to observe the two while Namra also watched as Onjo and Cheongsan started to converse."No one came..." Cheongsan whispered, staring at the sun coming up over the horizon. It would of been a beautiful sight on a day that wasn't so tragic. Who knew how many people died the day prior.
The sounds of a chopper sounded close by as more and more students started to wake up, Suhyeok, Jimin, Yeji, and lastly, Daesu.
"They'll come for us eventually." Onjo declared, her voice confident but slightly shaky.
"How long do we wait?" Hyoryung questioned as she looked at Onjo.
"Until they come."
Tae exchanged a glance at Yeji as the two both looked amused at her choice of words. It was only until Hyoryung retorted back was when the two started paying attention once more.
"We don't even know if they're coming."
"So? You want to go out there?"
"But even if they come, they can't find us if they don't know we're here." Jimin turned back from the window as she entered the conversation.
"It'll be likely that they'll exterminate the zombies and search the school for survivors." Yeji hummed. "They'll want as many witnesses for starting symptoms as possible and when it happened. We can put up a signal for help."
"How?"
Onjo sat up straight. "My dad taught me a signal that's used internationally."
"What is it?"
Onjo thought for a moment before speaking again. "It was red and blue arranged together." She said, using her hands to try and gesture and voice her feelings to come out easier. "It was to create aome sort of pattern." Her voice faded at the end as she looked around, everyone looking confused. "Should we just write 'SOS' on the curtains?"
"Yes, let's do that." Hyoryung nodded as she looked uncomfortable about only her responding.
Onjo looked down and Tae felt sympathy towards the girl. She only wanted to do something that was beneficial for the group.
"We can't last lomg anyway. Three minutes of no oxygen, three days of no water, three weeks of no food." Namra sighed as she muttered but the whole group heard her.
"What's that?" Suhyeok questioned. He had wrapped his blazer around him as he looked at Namra.
"How long a person can survive." Yeji shrugged. "It's the 333 survival concept."
"It's only been a day. We have to try the best we can." Onjo replied, her voice wavering at the thought.
"We'll show signs of dehydration after today. We won't be able to move after tomorrow-"
"What are you getting at?" Onjo interrupted, not wanting to hear how her body would react. "Are you saying we should go? Or are you saying... We'll die anyway, so we shouldn't bother doing anything."
Namra stayed quiet as she looked back down to the table. "I don't know."
"Then shut your mouth." Jimin rolled her eyes as she looked at the class president in disgust. "You don't know anything about this."
Suhyeok cleared his throat awkwardly as he shifted away from Jimin. "I think Prez means we should think about all our options. Right?"
"No."
