The karaoke room is so noisy . Everyone is everywhere . Some were singing loudly and the others were just dancing freestyle , battling each other to see who did better .

Me ? I'm just sitting at the corner , eating some snacks . I don't even know why I suddenly changed my mind to come here .

" You're not gonna sing or dance ? ", S17 asked me , she was breathing heavily after having a close match with Kaede in dancing .

I just shook my head .

" Guys , I'm gonna sing this song for whoever is going through a hard time , it's called ' Girls Never Die ' by tripleS ", S15 announced

Everyone started hyping her up and dancing to the choreo .

" Isn't she adorable ? ", S17 asked me but her eyes fixated at somewhere else

" Who ? ", i asked , trying to see who's she's staring at but everyone was crowding together .

" S15 , she looked so carefree and worry-free . Always smiling and interacting with everyone " she said with a sweet smile directing towards S15 .

I became anxious and worried . Sweats forming a little on my forehead . I stared at her with a serious facade .

' please don't tell me she lik- ', i was praying quietly when suddenly she said it .

" You don't have to hide it , i know what you're thinking and I'll proudly announce that i like her since freshmen year and i did confessed to her ", she confessed

I froze in my place . She confessed to her already ? Like actually ? If only i have the courage to do that...

" So u two are...? ", i pointed to fingers together , like a couple thing

" Nah , she rejected me but gave me a chance to pursue her , which I'm trying my best up till now to make her fall for me ", S17 laughed it off

I just kept quiet . I was speechless . I didn't know what to think . My mind was blank .

" Heyy , u wanna try singing ? ", someone asked

I looked up and it felt as if the time had stopped . Our eyes connected and i felt hypnotised by her innocent smile . Without realising , i nodded my head like a robot .

" YAYYY ", S15 cheered

She pulled me up and made everyone clapped their hands for me .

I hesitantly chose a slow music and sang it with a shaky voice .

The once loud and noisy atmosphere suddenly transformed to an awkwardly romantic atmosphere .

Everyone was so silent that it made me feel overwhelmed .

Am i singing badly ? Why is everyone so quiet . This is making me uncomfortable . I should stop , i think I'm breaking the fun in everyone .

I was about to paused the music when suddenly my eyes went to S15 . She was smiling and cheering for me silently . Her hands was raising up and she was swinging her body left and right . Feeling the vibe .

" You can do this ", she showed a thumbs up which gave me some confidence .

I smiled and continued the song until the end .

After the song , everyone didn't say anything , they had the same expression , lips slightly agape , except for my bestfriend , S10 as she had already heard my voice countless of times .

This made me feel pressured . Did i do badly ? I just wanted to hide my face at that moment .

Suddenly someone stood up , clapping for me .

" O.M.G , I didn't know u had such an angelic voice . You should come with us more often . Your voice is so soothing . ", S15 covered her mouth in shocked and hugged me .

Everyone started joining in to shower me with compliments which made me shy .
