" Guys , y'all want any drinks ? I'm going to the vending machine ", i asked
However , everybody was busy with their own things .
Both my vice captains are busy flirting with the 2 new transferees and S17 is the only one who's paying attention to me .
She insisted on coming along with me to buy a drink but i told her that I could go by myself and she just nodded her head sadly .
I went out of the basketball court and went to the vending machine that's in the hallway .
Suddenly , i heard a footstep behind me . It felt as if someone was sneakily following me .
I counted to three before quickly turning around to see the least expected face .
S14 was shocked when she saw that she's been caught red-handed .
" What are u doing here ? Don't u have SC duty ? ", i asked curiously
She nodded her head slowly .
" I was assigned to look after the basketball game "
I just nodded my head before buying a drink .
Suddenly , she spoke up again .
" C-congrats on winning , u were g-great earlier ", she stuttered
I smiled hearing the compliment .
" Really ? Do i look cool while playing earlier ? ", i asked with a smirk , pinning her on the wall beside the vending machine .
" Y-yeah ", she replied , looking down
I held her chin up to look at me .
" So...did you fall for me ? ", my smirk became wider .
Her face looked so shocked as if she's been caught the second time .
Hold on , don't tell me she actually likes...me ?
" I-i have to g-go ", she quickly removed herself away from me .
I quickly pulled her wrist before she could walk away and pin her on the wall again .
" Did u actually like me ? ", i asked with a raised eyebrow , curious
Her face became redder and she started fidgeting with her fingers .
" I-i..."
I pulled her chin up again to face me .
" Don't try to lie ", i said in a serious tone
Sohyun pov
What should i do ? What should i do ? I'm literally panicking on the inside right now because she's literally pinning me on the wall and making me confess about my feelings .
" Don't lie ", i heard her say
I look around for a while more to calm myself down before taking in a deep breath .
You can do it ! I told myself .
I gathered all of my non-existent courage and confessed ,
" Yes...i...i do actually like u ", i said embarrassedly and looked down again
The atmosphere became silent . I looked up again to see if she's alright but she looked speechless and shocked which made me felt more anxious .
" I-i mean u don't h-have to like me back . I was just talking nonsense ", i tried to play it cool
" Can u give me some time first ? I still need some time to figure out my feelings too ", she asked
" Sure , I don't mind but please don't take it as if I'm forcing u to like me back ", i reassured her after seeing her stressed out expression .
She just nodded her head and smiled at me .
" I want to thank you for liking me and also giving me some time to sort out my own feelings ", she said with a sincere voice , hugging me .
I'm literally blushing in her embrace . My heart feels like it was dancing around and doing black flip everywhere .
" Oh shit ! I have SC meeting right now ", i checked my hand watch , forcing myself to pull out from her warm embrace and ran away
" Let's go home together after your SC meeting , I'll be waiting for u outside the gate ! ", she shouted across the hallway .
Those words made my energy boost up as if her voice is my vitamins .
I just smiled at her and gave a thumbs up .
