We arrived at the school at 7 as class starts at 7.30am . My stepsister looks excited to make new friends on her first day but here i am looking so drained out like a zombie .
" Hi ", my sister greeted the students with a bright smile
We could hear the girls whispering about us in the hallway .
" Omg , who is she ? She looks so cute and fun to be with ", someone said , complimenting my stepsister
" I know right , i wanna be friends with her ", another said
" That girl besides her kinda hot too but she looks arrogant ", i just ignored them , I'm too used to people saying this things to me
" Yea , she looks like someone who would cause trouble with the HC ", another said
HC ? What's that ? This school is weird .
Suddenly , my sister held my hands and looked at me worryingly . I just smiled at her , indicating that I'm fine and she just smiled back .
" Hi , are u a transferee ? ", someone asked my stepsister
I guess this is how people starts a conversation . Because like have you seen our faces in this school before ? No right , so of course we are transferee .
" Hi , yes I'm a new transferee , my nam- "
" STOPPP "
Both of us froze , that's one hell of a voice . It was so loud that my ear almost became deaf .
We turned towards the owner of the voice and saw a group of girls wearing basketball jersey . They suddenly stopped in front of us and we looked at them confusedly .
" Didn't you read what's written on the paper ? ", a tall girl with a tie asked , she's the only person wearing different clothing from the others .
" What paper ? ", i asked .
Suddenly , my stepsister gasped loudly and covered her mouth with both hands .
" Why ? Are u ok ? ", i asked worriedly
" I guess u didn't read it , sweetheart ", another person pointed at me with a basketball in her hands
" Hey beautiful ladies , I'm S8 and I'm the Vice-captain of the basketball team ", the person introduced herself
" S8 ? Is that actually your name ? Who would name their kids after an AI ? I feel bad for u ", i said bluntly
They just laughed at me which made me more confused .
" No , that's my register number , you're really clueless aren't you ? "
" As the head of SC , i will explain the rules to u ", the girl with a tie said
" In this school , there are three important rules u have to abide to ", she started off , her smiley face was switched to a serious face
" Firstly , u have to participate in the competition of your respective clubs that will be held every once a month "
" Secondly , whatever u do , never EVER pick a fight with a HC which means High Council ", she warned me
" And the most important out of all , you should never and i mean NEVER reveal your name and whatever happens in this school , stays inside here , u should never expose it to anyone else ", she said before her expression changes to a smiley face again
" That's it , easy isn't it ? We call it the participate , respect and secret to make it easier for you by the way I'm S13 and I'm the head of the Student Council and the captain of the basketball team ", she pulled out her hand to me
I looked at my stepsister as i had already forgotten my own register number .
" Hi , I'm S4 and she's S7 ", my sister shook her hand with a smile
" Nice to meet you . This is S3 , another Vice Capt of the basketball team , this is S15 , S19 , S11 , S9 , S17 , S6 and last but not least , our youngest member in the basketball team S12 . "
My stepsister just nodded her head but i just looked at them uninterested.
" By the way , you have to find a club quickly before the competition starts . Just nice , we are short by one player but we don't mind if the two of u join as I can't attend this month competition due to my student council duty ", the S13 said
My ears perked up , sports ? Of course i would do anything for sports .
" I'll join ", i said without thinking twice
" Great , how bout u ? ", they looked at my stepsister
" Urmm , I'll think about it first ", she said
" Sure take your time love , we're not forcing u . Btw , class starting let's go now , don't wanna be late y'know ", a girl with a bright colour hair said , i think her name is S19 .
She had an orange locks with a flirty smile , hold up , is she trying to seduce my stepsister ? Oh no these gay asses . This is why i don't wanna go to an all-girls school .
I walked to my class with S13 as we had the same morning class . I was curious about something but I can't seem to start a conversation .
" You can just ask me anything , don't be scared ", she spoke up
I thought for awhile before making my decision .
" What's HC role ? ", i asked
" HC ? They are the Higest level of students and they basically control the whole school , even the teachers have to follow their rules ", she said
" Who are the people in HC ? ", i asked again
" There's 3 people in the HC and it's led by a girl called S5 and her two sidekick are S1 and S2 ", she explained
Suddenly , someone bumped into me harshly .
" What the fuck ", i cursed as i fell to the floor with a loud thud
I quickly stood up and pushed her back harshly . Suddenly , everything went slow for me as if time had stopped . I heard everyone gasped loudly . Before i could do anything worse , S13 came in front of me and stopped me .
" Do not ", she mouthed at me before turning to the 3 people in front of us .
" I'm so sorry High Council , she's a transferee so she's still adjusting to this place . Please give her a chance ", she pleaded
HC ? Fuck , my first day and i got in trouble with the HC . Life's not going smoothly for me i guess...
The person who looks like the leader look at me up and down before turning back to S13 .
" Better don't let me catch her causing trouble again ", she said before walking
" Who are they ? ", i asked when she stood up
" I feel like scolding u but i can't as you know nothing but those three are the HC . The one u pushed back is S5 the leader and the shorter one is S2 and that's S1 , the girl with long black wavy hair ", she introduced them
" Never mess with them , they can make your life a living hell here ", she warned me
I just nodded my head .
" And one more thing , be careful of S1 , she's very protective of S5 . "
I looked at the three HC again and saw the S1 staring at me . I quickly turn away . Guess i dig my own grave .
