Nakyoung's pov
I have chemistry lesson right now , same goes with S8 .
" Okey class , we will be doing an experiment now and i will be grouping u in pairs ", the professor announced
" S25 with S28 , S5 with S1.... ", the professor kept going on until the last pair
" Last but not least , we have S7 with S8 "
I looked over at S8 but she doesn't seem happy .
" Professor , how bout me ? ", someone called out
I turned to the voice and it was my captain
" Ohh , we have an odd number...u can solo the experiment then ", the professor said
" Damnit i hate soloing , i might burn down the lab ", S13 complained
" Okey go to your pairs now and follow the instructions to the experiment ", the professor said before walking around to keep an eye on everyone
I went over to my pair but suddenly , she walked away , going towards S13 instead .
They were talking about something and i saw that S13 kept on looking at me once in a while when they were talking which made me curious .
Suddenly , S13 walked towards me .
" Hey capt , what did y'all talk about ? ", i asked curiously
" Nothing much , S8 just wanted to solo the experiment and asked me to pair with u instead ", S13 replied
" Ohh.. ", i said sadly , trying my best to hide my sadness
" Did u guys fight ? ", S13 suddenly asked me
" I don't recall us fighting tho... ", i scratched my head
" Really ? That's weird cos i had never seen her so moody before . What happened the last time u guys talked or met ? ", S13 furrowed her eyebrows
" We were at the amusement park , she was smiling then i went to a ride with S6 and S12 and she didn't but when we got back , she suddenly became quiet and spaced out a lot ", i tried to explain everything i remember
" Do u think something happened while she was left alone ? ", she asked again
" Alone ? She was with HC S5 ", i explained
" Ohhh...i see why now "
" What thing ? ", i asked confusedly as i didn't understand what she meant
" Huh ? Oh nothing let's get started with the experiment ", she changed the topic
I became suspicious . Did something happen between S8 and S5 when they were alone ?
I look at S8 who were doing the project alone but she was spacing out . So i turned to S5 and saw her staring at S8 . Something definitely happened between them and I should talk to either one of them later .
I pushed all my thoughts away and continue doing the experiment with my new pair .

" Okey class , that's all for today , u may leave now ", the professor walked out of the chemistry lab
I quickly looked around for S8 but she was nowhere to be seen and instead , i saw S5 walking towards me .
" Hey , wanna go back together ? ", she asked
" I would love to but I'm so sorry because i have something else to do ", i apologized and walked away
I walked passed S1 and S2 and for some reason , i saw S1 glaring at me .
Did i do something wrong ? Why are the people in this school so weird ?
After what felt so long , i finally found the girl , playing basketball with the others .
" Hey sis ", Chaeyeon smile with her eyes
" Wassup S7 , wanna join in ? ", S3 invited
" N- ", before i could answer , i was interrupted
" I don't accept no for an answer ", S3 throw the ball at me
I just sighed and took off my bag .
Suddenly , S8 stopped the game , saying that she had to leave .
" What's with her today ? ", S17 was getting annoyed
" I'll check on her ", S3 said and ran after her
I felt annoyed and frustrated . I don't know what's going on but it feels like she's been avoiding me the whole day and i don't like it .
" I just remembered i have something to do , see y'all tomorrow ", i took my bag and walked away quickly before they could stop me
I hope she feels better tomorrow .
