**a/n hi lmfao sorry one week turned into almost three 🤪✌️ but it's here now!!!!!!!

Everyone (who said they were able to get there) arrived on schedule. Nagito insisted on having it at his apartment, since he had never hosted before and it seemed fun. And it was. There were drinks and food and games and the television on a countdown. It was kind of like new years but inside. Nagito loved it.

Fuyuhiko and Peko stayed together on the couch for most of the party. Neither of them wanted mostly anything to do with anyone else the entire day. They enjoyed themselves in their own ways.

Kazuichi stayed by the laptop the entire party. From the moment he noticed that Gundham was on the screen he was there. And he stayed there, except for bathroom and drink breaks.

Hajime approached Nagito at the snack table, clearing his throat and gesturing to Kazuichi laughing at Gundham through the screen. "Guess we don't have to provide guidance," he said as he reached for another can of sparkling water.

"You did set up the laptop," Nagito said. "That's guidance."

Hajime nodded. "True. I'm very helpful."

"You are," Nagito smiled.

And so the countdown reached 10 seconds. Everyone gathered around the television, anxious to see themselves on the screen. Mikan and Ibuki were cuddled together on bean bags, as well as Akane and her husband (who no one knew the name of), who were on the floor, and somewhat Peko and Fuyuhiko on the loveseat. They were closer than normal. That was basically their version of cuddling.

Nagito and Hajime were next to each other on the couch. The thing no one could see was their intertwined fingers. Kazuichi had the laptop in his lap on the other end of the couch. He was going to flip the camera so that Gundham could watch with them.

Once the program started, everyone was silent. No one drank or ate something until the first episode was over. Once said first episode was over, they cheered and toasted each other.

Kazuichi then realized that the laptop had never flipped around and it was still on his face for the entirety of the first episode.

"I'm so sorry," Kazuichi covered his face embarrassedly.

"You are forgiven, I didn't mind," Gundham said. When he realized how that sounded, he fumbled and added, "I also pulled it up right here on my own television as soon as I noticed you weren't going to turn it around."

The rest of the night was just the entirety of the second season. They started at 8:30 pm and by the time they finished it was 1:50 in the morning. 10 episodes, each 45 minutes each. Everyone was exhausted so most went home—except for Hajime, Kazuichi, Fuyuhiko, Peko, and Chiaki.

"You could really tell the tension between Peko and Fuyuhiko," Chiaki noted as the group all stood by the door. "Don't know how we never noticed."

Kazuichi tugged on Nagito's sleeve and gestured to the bathroom. The two made their way around the corner and out of sight and earshot of everyone else. "So I talked to Gundham a lot."

"Amazing," Nagito threw up his hands in enthusiasm.

"But it turns out," Kazuichi said, not making eye contact. "I faced the camera on me the entire time instead of the tv."

Nagito laughed out loud. So loud that Kazuichi slapped a hand over his mouth. "Shut up!"

"He said he... didn't mind," Kazuichi continued. "What does that mean?"

"He wants you."

"Shut up." Kazuichi started walking away.

"He wants you bad!" Nagito softly called after him.

"Shut up!"

By the time everyone was done talking, it was now 2:20 am. They all said their goodbyes and one by one left the apartment. Until it got to Hajime—who stopped in the hallway, called out to Kazuichi, "Go ahead and go home, I'll catch the bus!", turned around and leaned in the doorway. He looked at Nagito and then down at his solo cup, then back up and maintained eye contact as he chugged the rest of the drink. "Will you...pour me one for the road?"

Nagito glanced behind Hajime before grabbing him by the front of his shirt and pressing their lips together in a very sloppy fashion. Nagito backed in, managing to hold his shirt and the door handle in one hand as he closed the door.

They did not notice Chiaki Nanami who had forgotten her sweatshirt standing in the stairwell and staring, mouth agape, at the door.

>>SUMMARY
fuyupeko stayed on the couch with each other the entire time. kazuichi stayed with gundham on the laptop the entire time. hajime wished he can help more, but realizes he does a lot anyway by turning on the computer and sending gundham the link to join the call.
everyone gathered together to watch the entirety of season 2 (nagito and hajime held hands secretly!!!!!). Kazuichi accidentally left the camera on him the entire first episode and is super embarrassed but then gundham says he didn't mind and that he had it on his own tv.
after the party, a small group of people who don't care about their sleep schedules stayed for around 30 minutes longer. kazuichi pulled nagito aside and told him about how embarrassing it was and he made fun of kazuichi.
then everyone leaves except for hajime, who seductively asks for nagito to "pour him one for the road." if you know what that means. chiaki seemed to know too because she was in the stairwell waiting to go back and grab her sweatshirt and saw the two making out in the doorway.
