fuyuhiko: damnit
nagito: im almost there

mikan: what'd i do..?
mahiru: HIYOKO STOP
mahiru: we're running late but we'll be there
hiyoko: we literally haven't left the house
mahiru: shhhhh

3rd person omniscient
Ibuki was restless. When she said she was vibrating, she meant it. She was bouncing up and down, twitching her fingers, occasionally bending her knees out of impulse. She saw the car approaching out of the corner of her eye and, like a dog, rushed to the door and stared out at the visitor through the window. It was two cars, actually, and out of one came Fuyuhiko and Peko with their respective suitcases. The other contained Hajime with his three suitcases.
Ibuki opened the door and leapt over to them, giving them each a messy, prolonged hug. She was so excited her words were all jumbled together and made no sense. Fuyuhiko was immediately regretting all of his life's choices. Ibuki took two of Hajime's bags for him. "Come on, I'll show you guys your rooms! I put a picture of you on the door, kinda like in the show! The first season, I guess, because in our season we had cabins..." she kept going as she practically leapt up the stairs.
She led them upstairs and the first door was to Ibuki's room. The rooms were in this order:

Hajime Nagito
Fuyuhiko Peko
Mahiru Sonia
Kazuichi Gundham
Hiyoko extra room
Nekomaru Teruteru
Akane extra room
extra room extra room
Great, I'm across from Nagito, Hajime thought sarcastically. This'll be fun.
Ibuki dropped both of Hajime's bags off at the door for Hajime to bring in. The room, Hajime discovered as he opened the door, wasn't anything special. A bed, a chest of drawers, a vanity, a walk-in closet, a separate bathroom. Hajime wondered how much this cost Ibuki.
Meanwhile, downstairs, Ibuki was wrapping every new arrival in a very long hug. Even Teruteru. First, Akane arrived. Then Mahiru and Hiyoko. Then it was Nagito, Kazuichi and Gundham, Teruteru, Nekomaru, Sonia, and finally, Mikan.
Ibuki pulled Mikan to the side after she had unpacked almost everything. "Did you notice anything interesting about the bedroom arrangements?"
"Uh, not really," Mikan said.
"Well." Ibuki grinned almost evilly and straightened her back. "I put all the 'couples'—" she used air quotes, "—rooms in front of each other!"
"Ohh." Mikan nodded knowingly. "But, what about Mahiru and Hiyoko?"
"Oh, you're right, I completely forgot they were together." Ibuki scratched her neck. "Too late now. And maybe now no one will suspect anything because of that."
"I... doubt that's how that works."
So everyone gathered in the living room area as Ibuki explained the plans.
"So, as you know, a certain someone gave me the best idea ever to put up mistletoe everywhere," Ibuki started, satisfyingly watching everyone glance around at each other. "But I came up with an even better way of doing that. I'm going to, early each morning—until the day after Christmas—, put one somewhere and not tell any of you guys where it is. Hopefully it'll catch two of you off guard and force you to suck face."
"Never in my life thought I'd hear Ibuki Mioda say 'suck face,'" Kazuichi said, hiding his nervousness (not very well).
Ibuki winked at him, able to smell his fear. "Now, for today, I'm just gonna give this one to you." She reached seemingly out of nowhere and grabbed a leaf of mistletoe. She taped it flimsily onto the archway between the hallways and living room where they sat. "Who's first?"
No one said anything.
"Well, okay, we don't have to," Ibuki shrugged. "In the meantime, we have games to play and movies to watch!"

ibuki was very excited for the cast to be there. she arranged people into bedrooms so that it looked like this:

which later she reveals to mikan only that she put the people that she ships/couples in front of each other (besides mahiru and hiyoko because she forgot they were a couple).
she then gathers everyone together and explains that she will be secretly putting a new piece of mistletoe up every day until the day after christmas, and puts the first one up in the living room archway.
