Being a part of the same family doesn't mean having to share the same characteristics and purpose. Blood relation to one another isn't a green light to continue harmful behaviors.
It's okay to break the cycle.
It won't be easy. These roots below the surface run deep. Negative patterns are seamlessly integrating, being passed down, generation after generation of repeated cycles,
and unresolved emotions.
We need to look within,
remove what isn't beneficial
to our well-being and start noticing that our patterns and behaviors are interconnected.
Liberate me
