╚═*.·:·.✧ ✦ ✧.·:·.*═╝THE NICE THING ABOUT starting school on a friday was the fact that Soleil now had two days of rest. The bad thing about living with the Diaz's meant there was no possible way she would get any of that rest.
Soleil was awoken that beautiful Saturday morning by a large crash to her door, followed by Star's wand whipping around her room. Star and Marco, who was in nothing but a towel, followed quickly after trying to grab the wand.
"What is going on?!" the princess shouted as her sister jumped onto her bed trying to catch the run away object.
"My wand!" was all Star said, running out of the room as her wand left.
Soleil quickly jumped out of bed, following the trail of wet footprints left by Marco into Star's room. However, the boy was nowhere to be seen and neither was the wand.
"Where did Marco go?" she asked Star who was staring blankly at her closet. "Oh."
The boy pounded on the door from the other side, "Hey open the door!"
Star got on that, yanking at the knob trying to open it, "It won't budge!"
"Did you try the knob?"
"Marco, what do you think I am doing?"
Soleil watched in slight amusement as her sister tried everything to open the door, kicking, pounding, even the biggest sword she could find. Nothing worked.
"Can you try your wand?" Star asked desperately.
"It's charging today, won't be at full power for a few hours," Soleil shrugged helplessly.
Star groaned, flopping down onto the ground. She yanked at the knob once more, only for a small blue creature to slide its way out of the key hole.
"What are you doing?" Glossyrik asked, floating above Star's face.
"My wand is locked in the closet!"
"Uh hello?!" Marco yelled from the closet.
"Oh yeah and Marco. And my spell book. Basically all of my stuff. I want my stuff," Star said, getting up from the floor.
"Did you try the knob?" Glossyrik asked, clearly knowing the answer to that question.
Star simply ignored him, going to find something else that might help her open the door.
"Soleil! When did you get here?" Glossyrik cheered, floating his way over to the other princess.
Ever since she was little she loved hanging out with Glossyrik. They got along great, especially when they were getting on Star's nerves.
"A few days ago," she smiled at the little man. "I must say you're looking as blue as ever."
"Why thank you! See Star, this is how you're supposed to treat people. With kindness and love!" he said, swimming around Soleil's head.
"Yeah, yeah whatever! Soleil can you go be better than me somewhere else? I'm trying to fix this," Star sneered, coming back to the door with a pufferfish.
"Aquarium rock blast!" the princess shouted, watching as the pufferfish hit the door then flopped onto the floor. "Are you okay?"
