Abhishek and Mayank arrived at the venue where Mayank would meet his father. They had planned that Mayank would order something he was allergic to, so Mayank could determine if his father truly loved him and was aware of his allergy.

In the Car...

Abhishek: "Listen, Mayu, I'm telling you again - you'll only order it, you won't eat it. Got it?" (in a serious tone)

Mayank: "It's the third time you're telling me this, I won't eat it, I promise. I'll only order it." Please now wish me the best of luck.🥰

Abhishek: I know your father loves you I am still telling you you should talk to him first.

Mayank: Abhi please na just let me test he would know if I'm allergic to P****
He will stop me himself I want to see how much attention he gives me when he is with me I promise you I will not eat it please 🥺.

Abhishek: OK I will be at the next table and wait for you so that I can drop you at your team residence.

Mayank: OK 👍  you know what you are the first person with whom I have gotten this close this early even with Ishu it took 2 months to get close like I am with you right now🥰.

Abhishek: I am happy 😊to hear that now go your father must be waiting.

Mayank: OK bye 👋.

Mayank goes inside and after some time Abhishek also goes and books the table a little bit away from Mayank's table.

Mayank and his father are sitting together no one has talked yet Mayank remembers Abhishek's words and calls hi. Dad.

Mayank: mmmm Dad 😳 have you ordered anything.(littlebitnervous)

Shashank (Mayank's father): mm No I have not yet I was waiting for you (he was a little bit shocked and happy but didn't know how to show when Mayank called him dad).

Mayank: OK then let's order Dad what do you wanna eat I think I will order Authentic Pad Thai I have heard it's their signature dish😋.

Shashank: But that dish is not on the menu are you sure it is from this restaurant(while looking in at the menu)?

Mayank was shocked that his father was correct that the dish was not on the menu but he saw that dish on Google it was this restaurant's signature dish how could it be?

Mayank: but I saw the name because I checked from their website how can it be?

Authors Pov
Then he saw at his side table they had ordered the same thing why that dish is not on their menu little did he know his father had specially told the restaurant to make a menu for his son who is allergic to P***** not to be in the menu whatever is made by using that.
And his father did not have any idea whether he would order something that he was allergic to eat. So his father calls one of the waiters and asks them why that dish is not on their menu.

Shashank: Why Authentic Thai pad is not on our menu when it is your signature dish?

Waiter: I am sorry sir there must be some kind of mistake I will bring it for you sir if you want it. (he is new and doesn't know about the separate menu thing).

Author's POV:

Now Mayank was thinking about how his father would know if there were peanuts in the dish. Mayank looked at Abhishek, who had promised him not to eat the dish, but now he had to eat it to see if his father knew about his peanut allergy.

After a few minutes, the dish arrived, and Mayank took a small portion in his bowl. Even Shashank took a little bit in his bowl to taste the dish. As they took a spoonful of rice and ate, Shashank realized there were peanuts in the dish and shouted.

Shashank: "Mayank, wait! Don't eat it!" (He called for the doctors he had hired to be with Mayank.) "Dr., Dr., come fast and check him! Are you an idiot? How can you eat anything without knowing the ingredients? You're allergic to peanuts! There are peanuts in this dish! Where is that waiter? How come he didn't tell us when I specifically instructed them?"

Mayank: "Dad, it's not the waiter's fault, please calm down."

Shashank: "Just shut up! I'm really angry at you. How can you be this careless? Do you eat anything without checking its ingredients? Tell me now. I know why Rohit said not to let you order anything. You wait; I'll talk to you later."

Shashank turned to the manager: "How do you manage my restaurant when you can't instruct your waiters not to serve us any dish with peanuts? When i have specifically instructed All of you are fired!"

Manager: "Sir, I'm really sorry. Please forgive us. I'll remove that waiter immediately. Please, sir, don't punish everyone."

Mayank was scared because of his silly experiment; they would lose their jobs. He should have listened to Abhishek and talked to his father face-to-face.

Mayank: "Dad, please don't fire them; it's my fault. I promise I'll be careful next time."

Shashank (ignoring Mayank): "How is he? Do we need to take him to the hospital?" (looking at the doctor)

Doctor: "We've given him an epinephrine injection; he'll be fine now, but please make sure it doesn't happen again. His peanut allergy is severe and can get dangerous. Thank God we had epinephrine with us; that's why he's fine now. That injection needs to be given immediately after consuming peanuts."

Shashank: "Thank you very much, doctor. I'm really grateful. Pack your things and leave. Didn't you hear what the doctor said? What could have happened because of your silly mistake?" (looking at the manager)

Mayank: "Dad, please, it was really my fault. Please don't fire them."

Shashank: "What do you mean?"

Author's POV:

Mayank told his father everything about his plan to know if his father loved him or not. His father got really angry and told him to ask him or talk to him before doing anything stupid. Mayank was grounded for a week as punishment.
