On the other side
Tails pov:
It has been some times we send Mephiles and Silver to join Sonic and Shadow. They seem to do the same thing that Shadow and Sonic do. They need to be close to not spasm, so we got them in another room and I sometimes check their room to see if everything is ok.
"Ngh-" I heard behind me. I slowly looked at the direction of the sound, and it was Sonic! He seems to try to interact with us!
"Sonic?! Sonic?! It's me Tails!" I said, trying to shake him up.
"Tails?" I heard weekly from Sonic.
I teared up, it's been a long time since I didn't heard him groan in pain or suffering. He just said a word and it was my name, I was truly happy.
"N-not safe.." I heard beside me. Shadow spoke too!
"What's not safe? Hello? Can you hear me?" I tried to interact with them, but it's the only thing I got.
"Tails! I heard Mephiles and Silver speaking!" Amy bursted in the room. I saw Blaze chasing her and yell
"Calm down Amy!" "Tell me what they said." I asked them.
"They seemed to talk to each other, but the only thing that was clear was 'help' by Silver." Blaze replied.
Amy was panicked by the message and I was getting nervous too.
"At least then, we can think of the condition they are in and Mephiles and Silver managed to communicate with them and they figured out how to make contact with us." I said, trying to reassure them and myself.
On the other hand,
Sonic's pov:
"Ugh" I woke up, again in this strange dark place.
I still hear muffled voices, so I try again to communicate with them.
"Hey? Someone can hear me?"
"I can, stop yelling" I heard behind me.
I got scared and jumped.
"What the hell Shadz!" I said.
"Sorry, that was tempting. That's the second time we are in the same dream I guess."he chukled before looking at the environment we are in.
"Sonic?" I heard.
"Tails?" I asked.
"Sonic?" I heard echoing.
"Oh my god that's him!" I said happily.
"Hm, We are in this strange place again I see. We are not in a dangerous place. It seems safe, yet we can't interact with them. What a shame." Shadow replied.
Mephiles' pov:
I think this is what they dream about all the time, I think we are affected too. Hm, strange place.
"Whaa-!" I heard a loud noise falling a bit far.
I walked up to it and...
"Silver?" I said.
"Who said that!" he replied before looking in my direction.
"Mephiles! Oh my god help me I think I'm hallucinating!" He yelled before giving me a painful hug.
"Ugh, let me go..." I said, not too menacing because he's scared and I don't want to make it worse.
"Oh! Right, I'm sorry!" He said, before letting me go.
