Serena was put in a fighting position getting ready for her match, Shang Tsung stood up and faced the moon princess.
"Princess Serena." Shang Tsung said.
She shot him a deadly stare.
"Yeah? What now?"
"It appears someone wants to see you, Someone who hasn't seen you for a long time. You'll be surprised." Shang Tsung said, grinning.
She gave him a confused look. "Huh?"
He pointed towards
"Fight!" Shang Tsung said.
Then Serena and Kitana began to fight.
Serena managed to dodge her attack within a minute. With that, she eventually punched Kitana in the face.
Kitana backed away and wiped the blood from her mouth. She smiled a bit.
"I'm impressed, Just like old times when we always train a lot."
She gave Kitana a confused look.
"Huh? What are you saying? I don't even know you!"
"It appears you don't remember me at all, Serenity, We were children back then...Yet I'm a bit surprised you don't remember everything after many centuries." Kitana said.
"Then tell me what you're talking about! Tell me who you are!" Serena said.
Kitana chuckled.
She was put in a fighting position, facing her. "How about this? If you win, I'll tell you who I am. If you lose, you'll have to figure out who I am."
Serena grinned. "Piece of cake."
So the two girls continued to fight, Kitana managed to summon her strength to beat her. Unfortunately, when she attempted to win the tournament, Serena managed to knock her off her feet.
Kitana was about to get up but Serena pinned her with a soft chop to her back and won before she stood up and left.
Kitana gave her a shocking look and asked.
"Why didn't you kill me?"
"Because it would be better to spare your life by gaining knowledge to stay alive, Cousin Kitana." Serena said.
Kitana's Jaw Dropped. "So you knew?!"
"Sweetheart, your combat moves gave you away." replied Serena
Shang Tsung smiled at seeing the two talking before he announced, "The winner is Princess Serena."
