Scorpion, on the other hand, summoned something from his left hand, revealing it to be the snake.

It grossed Serena a lot.

When Scorpion and Sub-Zero were about to attack them, Serena let out a scream as she summoned her from her bare hands.

"Stop! Get away!" Serena said cried out.

Suddenly she flashed both Scorpion and Sub-Zero with an unknown Thunderbolt Power, knocking them out.

The three warriors were surprised to see Serena's new power but it didn't surprise Shang Tsung as he found her impressive.

"Serena, how did you do that?" Sonya asked, shocked.

"I-I don't know...! At first, they were about to attack us and then all of a sudden I lashed them with those thunder bolts." Serena said.

"It appears you got it from Raiden. How impressive." Shang Tsung said, smirking.

"What!? But how?! Serena said.

"Enough!" said a voice

Suddenly, Raiden appeared as he stood in front of Shang Tsung.

"Lord Raiden. How good of you to grace us with your presence." Shang Tsung greeted him.

"Your sideshow freaks are attacking my daughter Princess Serena and my fighters," Raiden said, glaring at him.

"What!? Daughter!?" The three said at the same time. Then they looked at Serena, shocked.

"Eh!? I'm your daughter!? And that's how I got it from you!?" said Serena

"That is expressly Forbidden before the tournament. As your emperor well knows." Raiden said.

He bowed down respectfully. "My sincere apologies. And so is Princess Serena." He eyed at Serena grinning, "It won't happen again,I promise you."

"I shall see to that," Raiden said.

"Of course. Until we reach the island where you have no dominion." Shang Tsung said.

"My dominions are well known to me, sorcerer. Thank you." Raiden said.

"What tournament?" Sonya asked, confused.

He smirked at her. "You've been chosen, Sonya. Much to my delight."

With that, Shang Tsung took off leaving.
