Chapter 19 - Irreplacable

Jordans POV

I get to the store and I'm so fucking pissed how could he do that how could he hurt one of the sweetest people in the world my sister if I see him he's done for I get some of the final snacks when I see him getting flowers but he's with another girl and she looks nothing like Evelyn she has curly hair what a dick how can he be begging for forgiveness than getting flowers with the a different girl he cheated with that's a different type of low i was about to lose my cool when I thought of eve she wouldn't want me fighting him she just wants snacks and comfort I won't help the situation by beating the shit out of him but I really want to I want him to hurt like she did no mater how fucked up it sounds I swallowed my pride and kept walking then I was walking back to the car there he was parked three spaces down from me and he's making out with that girl

I put the bags in and am about to get in the car when he looks at me while kissing her and I couldn't control my body after that all I know is I walked up to him grabbed him by his shirt and punched him once real hard "have fun kissing a cheater with a busted lip and broken nose run now before he cheats on you too"  and with that I left I felt a bit better but I would feel amazing if he was six feet under or off the planet I drive to the ice cream parlor and get all the ice cream she needs and ice for my hand and drive home I feel much more cooled down after I punched him it helped but I gotta talk to Taylor and tell her we should wait to tell everyone about us till tomorrow right now Evelyn's our main concern

I walk in slowly and quietly I'm not sure if she's sleeping and close the door behind me she is sleeping at least she doesn't have to think about that three timing jerk but there's no way I'm telling her about me punching him and him being with another girl not yet anyways but I should tell Taylor that just so she doesn't flip when she finds out but I know it's just because she loves and cares for me I would do the same I want to cheer ev up as much as possible because it's almost the 4th Of July and she's loves the 4th I cannot let him ruin this for her I try looking in the living room from the kitchen but it's hard because it's dark so I slowly walk in and see them sleeping so I decide to lay down as well as soon as I do Taylor wakes up and lies with me "hey baby how is she doing"

"She's gonna be okay it might just take a day but she'll come around" I think for a moment and she's right Evelyn will be back in no time but right now she needs to heal "I have practice today at 4:00 maybe you guys could watch movies while I'm gone and fill in your mom when she gets back" I can't stop thinking about why he would do it who the hell cheats on their girlfriend if he didn't want the relationship he could have broke up with her yes she would have been hurt but it wouldn't have hurt this bad to see your boyfriend cheating on you that would mess me up if I saw Taylor doing something like that I would be absolutely crushed but I know she would never do that she's a good person with a good heart but Benny is a little bitch who doesn't deserve my sister

"Hey love?" I hum back a response and wonder if she's thinking the same thing "I love you and I would never hurt you like that it's just I don't know what I would do if that happened to me and-" I hold her a bit tighter and shush her slowly "hey hey baby I would never do that to you, to us and I know you wouldn't either but I think we should wait a couple of days till we tell everyone about us ev is our priority right now" she snuggles her head into my chest "can you hold me for a little longer" I put her closer to me if possible and stroke her hair and whisper I love you as I fall asleep

Taylor's POV

I wake up thirty minutes later in Jordan's arms and turn over to see Evelyn still sleeping I slowly get up and look at the time 12:30 not bad I lie down next to ev again and hold her because I know she's hurting even in her sleep she sleeps a little longer and Jordan wakes I laugh because he looks so confused that I'm not there till he looks over at us I wave and he waves back but gets up and kisses my forehead "hey baby I'm gonna go in your room real quick" I murmur an okay and he walks away than Taylor starts to slowly wake when I notice she's fully awake she takes a deep breath and looks at me "I need food, do we have pretzels" I smile and fix her hair a bit "yeah we do Jordan grabbed some at the store do you want me to put on a show?" She hums in contentment and grins "could you put on criminal minds I need me some Spencer Reid"
