  "I do not think this will end well, I can talk some sense into him, your last conversation did not end that well..." Soonyoung mutters quickly looking at a seething Seungcheol walking toward them rage all over his eyes, he had never before felt scared of Seungcheol but today from all days the other looked murderous, gone was the soft boy he grew up with and instead he could tell a storm was coming toward them, he knew he could take him if it all but came for it to protect Jihoon, both their alphas were of almost equal power after all and Soonyoung suspects his alpha at some levels is even stronger, especially with his own higher status but he would not want to get to that stage not with one of his oldest best friends. 

  "No stay back I will handle this. Do not interfere do you hear me?" Soonyoung shrinks back at the glare the omega gave him having to forcefully grab at his own alpha and reign his instincts not to grab the other's hand and run away where he would be safe knowing that despite how determined Jihoon was, he could still smell the nervousness all over him. He is still curious to know what could have happened for the two inseparable siblings to get to this stage, Jihoon had never batted an eyelash, let alone feared Seungcheol for now to be this nervous of his own brother. Soonyoung did not like it at all and he had a bad feeling about this conversation.

  Seungcheol stops a few feet away from them eyebrows furrowed and expression weird as his gaze travels to each of them, Soonyoung could tell the exact moment the gears had worked themselves in his brain into what could have possibly happened between the two then he was raging once again heading straight toward Soonyoung slamming his fist right into his jaw.

  "No stop STOP." Jihoon comes in between them screaming and pulling away a raging Seungcheol eyes wide. "You alright?" He looked panicked for a minute at Soonyoung's bloodied mouth all but ready to cuddle him and take care of his wound. Once Soonyoung nodded and shrugged his hand around to tell him that it was nothing Jihoon turned to the other eyes bright golden and glaring furiously.

  "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR GOD DAMN MIND?" Jihoon pushes the other with both hands pushing him away, stronger than Seungcheol has ever seen the other act toward him, and Seungcheol splutters stumbling backward almost falling to the floor, for the first time seeing his brother that angry and retaliating in any way. Soonyoung's inner alpha hums in satisfaction seeing the omega defend him, it was not the best circumstance but still, he felt overjoyed that Jihoon for once did not take his brother's side but his own instead.

  "Me? ME? JIHOON YOU SMELL LIKE YOU BOTH FUCKED ARE YOU CRAZY?" Soonyoung narrows his eyes in annoyance at the implication, did the other really think that low of them?

  "What?" Jihoon whispers for a minute feeling a little lost and disbelief coating his scent then shakes his head. "Nothing happened between us Seungcheol, how could you even insinuate something like that?"

  "YOU SMELL OF HIM JIHOON, YOU ARE AN UNMATED OMEGA AND HE IS AN UNMATED ALPHA WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO THINK?" Jihoon scoffs taking a step backward and getting closer to the other alpha instead. Soonyoung glares at the alpha and pulls on Jihoon's hand to stand closer to him instead of the other one.

  "Maybe you could have given us, given ME, the benefit of the doubt, and asked ME before you came storming here like a crazed pea-minded alpha, I thought you would at least give me that, your own sibling." The hurt in the other's words made Soonyoung's instincts roar inside of him like flames and he fists his hands to not get closer even more to the omega and not grab him in his arms and whisk him away from anything that could hurt him, which for now is the stupid alpha facing them.

  "Maybe if you gave me a goddamn reason to trust you I would have but no you keep going behind my back and I do not know if I can trust you doing heavens know what!!" Jihoon watches the alpha in complete disbelief and even Soonyoung raises an eyebrow at that reply in confusion, he really has missed an important part of the plot, has he not?
