He learns how to make things with light and how to heal with precision with holy energy. Things he can make with light mixed with holy energy↓

He is well known and liked because he always provides evidence of the crimes either by showing memories or by forcing the person to tell the truth on video. But he does have some haters because he also posted a couple of videos of him helping villeins. Flashback 1.5 years ago (he is 13) He comes across new villain who just started doing crime recently known as the sludge villain he looks at the crime list that appears and the reasons behind them and decides to talk to him. Fly's down silently and says.
Izuku: hello there.
Sludge: surprised WHO....oh Azrael are you here to arrest me..
Izuku:I was going to but after seeing why you have done the crimes and seeing you I wand to offer help instead he said while starting to record there interaction.
Sludge: wait what do you mean see why and what help.
Izuku:hehehe it's funny really everyone has seen the videos I posted forcing the people to tell the truth or showing memories but no one's ever asked what my quirk is really.
Izuku:wings,light,showing crimes, forcing the truth,healing. My quirk is called angel of justice.
He says with a chuckle seeing the shock on the villains face.
Izuku:I can also see everything wrong someone has done and why they did it and show it to others. I can also absolve people of there sins giving them a blank slate and more luck. He say's while looking at the sludge.
Izuku:when I absolve a someone's sins with a good reason why they deserve a second chance I gain a power that will help them that I have to use to help them. But if I try to absolve a truly evil person I will be punished I will be given a curse that will last longer or me more harsh depending on how terrible the person is.
Izuku: my offer is to help you give you a chance to start again what do you say?.
