Past: just after the fight with all might just after he recovered and was now with the nezu and the other pro heroes of ua having a meeting about the fight and video.

Nezus:so we have all seen the video.....any thoughts or comments.

Eraser Head:he is skilled that is for sure it takes a lot of knowledge and practice to use pressure points that well especially that quickly and precisely. So we know he is at least knowledgeable about biology and martial arts.

Nezus:you are right about that and if his videos are anything to go by he hasn't lied about his quirk we know everything about it but it's dangerous still and his ideology will be hard to get to work with us.

Present mic:why would we try to get him to work with us?

Midnight:we know everything about his quirk what is it then.

Nezus:mic his quirk would be invaluable as a hero and he has a lot of followers and faith if we just throw him in jail assuming we can catch him there will be wide backlash.

Nezus:and midnight yes throughout his videos he has used and spoken about his quirk multiple times.

All might:from my time with him I can say he didn't lie or at least he has some hidden powers but he can do what he says he can.

See all the crimes/wrongs someone has committed and why they committed them he can also watch and show said crimes for others to see.

Has 2 different forms according to him only one has been verified.

And from the video where he helps the sledge villain can apparently absolve people of there sins and if successful will gain a power that can be used to help them.
He gained the power he called quirk alteration which can be used 3 times per person and basically completely changed the sludge villain's quirk.
And finally appears to be much faster and stronger than normal.

All might:"hearing this for the first time"he helped a villain and in what way did he change his quirk.

Nezus:well Azrael covered the villains face from the video but we see his body though the video
The changes he made are as follows
Can change between human and slime form
Changed the colour to light purple
And finally made it possible to change just part of his body to slime.
And according to the video he helped the sledge villain after seeing his crimes and why he did them when the sledge villain asked why help someone like him Azrael's response was and I

No one now's what to say most if not all of them agree but would not say it so openly.

All might:they cut video before doing it but they actually perfectly healed my old injury and didn't harm he at all after turning off the camera they even called the police to my location since I couldn't move so I do not believe they are bad or truly dangerous to people who have not committed crimes and even then if the sludge villain is anything to go off maybe only those who committed crimes with no good reasons or selfish reasons.

Nezus:I do agree with you all might and it is great to hear you are healed up but that is just another reason to get them on our side healing that powerful alone could save so many lives.

izuku just finished his patrol and is on his way home when he spotted a child from above when he gets closer he can see they are injured and there crime list and only sees one account
Involuntary manslaughter (basically accidentally killing someone) when he watched the memorie he was sad it was when her quirk awakened it was not her fault at all.
He flew down and changed forms back to his real form ↓

Izuku just above her looking down and gets a good look at her she is injured dirty scared and crying. He feels sad and angry at whoever did this to a child

Imagine the wires are cut and on the ground around her.

Izuku speaks softly as he can to not scare her more than she is.

Izuku:what happened to you child why are you here and so injured.

Eri jumps and looks around then up and sees izuku and is surprised

Eri:*an angel*.......

Izuku chuckles softly and lands in front of her and crouches down

Izuku:who hurt you so much was it your family.

Eri:no mama didn't want me anymore it was the bird man he is mean 😭 I don't want to be put back together again plz help.

She sobs while clinging to izuku

Upon hearing this is both horrified and in raged

Izuku:how about this you let me heal you and I will bring you with me

Eri both a bit scared and hopeful

He condensed some holy energy around his hand and it slowly stitched all her wounds shut he did it slowly to not scare or shock the girl to much. When he was done she was sleeping still clinging to him he picked her up and flew home he would ask her more after she sleeps eats and gets clean with some new clothes.
