It's been 6 years since izuku got his quirk and a lot has changed.
2 days after the quirk doctor visit he started to see lists when he looks at someone for too long these list the crimes the person has committed. He learns that by focusing on one he can see the reason they committed said crime. If he chooses to be can even watch the crime to see it him self.
He soon realised that no one is purely innocent and soon after he could also tell when someone was lying.
He told his mom about this and she helped him understand better she told him.

Inko:izuku honey you will learn that the world is not just black and white good and bad but more Gray and that sometimes you have to be bad to do good.

Izuku was at first confused started to understand. Thanks to his increased intelligence.
Inko who was a freelance worker who helps in court with her quirk which forces people to tell the truth she knows all too well people can be bad.

2 years later izuku was saving his money and started to slowly learn online because he found school easy he would learn whatever caught his interest from martial arts to investing during the next 4 years he would keep learning until he was already passed most highschool curriculum. Until one day he asks his mom

Izuku:mom can you help me invest some of the money I have saved up into some businesses I have been looking into.

Inko:"surprised"are you sure it is a risky choice to invest.

Izuku:yes I have been looking and studying inventing for a while now and I am sure this will be a good investment.

Inko:as long as you are sure.

2 years passed izuku is now 12 the investment was a huge success he made some more and now was sitting on quite the fortune.
He started working out and training in martial arts and swordsmanship.
But every good thing must come to an end one day as he got home he noticed that the door was smashed in he quickly called the cops and then ran inside.

Izuku:mom! are you ok.
He starts running around the house looking for her when he checked her room he just freezes there in a pool of blood was his mom with a note next to here which reads"this is what you get for working with the pigs" Snitch saw also written in blood on the wall.
After the cops get there and find out what happened it is believed that one of the people she proved was lying decided to get his revenge. but since there was no proof it was him they couldn't arrest him.

Izuku after the cops left started to hyper ventilate he saw the crimes that the cops have committed of the 3 cops that showed up all 3 had bribery extortion assault. One had sexual assault. One had abuse
He later passed out and the next week after crying all he could and mourning his mother.
he was messaged by the court about his inheritance he inherited his house and a good sum of money
Started to think.

Izuku:I want to help people and bring those who have escaped justice to light I will bring to light the injustice of the world and show that we all have to face the consequences of our actions.

As he thought this he felt something happening his back hurt and he felt a splitting headache he passed out from the pain when he woke up.

Izuku:"shocked"why do I have wings!!!
He gets a headache and suddenly
Izuku:so that is what happened my quirk evolved to angle of justice. The condition was to have a massive desire to bring justice to those who have escaped it.

Izuku: so I can now

I can absolve people of their sins if I have a good reason for why they deserve to have a second chance and if successful will gain a power that can be used to help them.
If I look into someone's eyes I can make them experience all the pain that they brought to others so they can repent and experience what they have done.

I will do all I can to help people who deserve it but I know for a fact that some heroes are probably complete trash if the cops are that bad and if I become a hero I cannot punish them so I must become a vigilante

After that he gets started on his preparations.
