Izuku then begins to destroy the goons he has decided the best way to insure they can't hurt anyone else is to alter their quirks he used it once one each goon since they were just pawns he felt like not wasting to much time the only change he made to the quirk was as follows can not be activated and will become inactive. Basically making all the goons quirkless.

The goons are then quickly before they can respond sweeped up in a curtain of light and trapped. Izuku than heads inside and is met with one of the 8 bullets also know as overhauls 8 strongest men.
Rappa quirk strongarm obsessed with fighting and only following overhaul because he cannot beat him and only respects the strong.
Izuku:rappa I will warn you only once my weapons do more damage the more crimes or wrongs you have done so be prepared.

Rappa proceeds to rush at izuku while spinning his arms at the shoulders building up momentum and force with his quirk and slamming bothe fists down on izuku who only seems bored. Izuku proceeds to block the attack using his sword which does leave a big Indent in the ground but izuku does not seem to be phased and chucked before faster then rappa can see appearing behind him and Slashing his back leaving a big gash from his right shoulder to left hip which makes rappa fall over while screaming.
