Jisuk's three groupies clustered at the doorway of Jiwoo's classroom, their faces etched with annoyance as they observed the conspicuously empty seats of Jiwoo Seo and Wooin. The morning sun cast a harsh light through the windows, highlighting the tension on their faces.

"This bastard is absent again," muttered Jae-Hwa, his arms folded tightly across his chest. The bandage on his nose—a fresh reminder of Jiwoo's powerful punch—was a stark contrast to his scowl. "Few days in a row now," he added, shaking his head in frustration. The memory of Jiwoo's sudden, unexpected strength still stung, both physically and in his bruised pride.

"What do we tell Jisuk?" Suk-Chul asked from behind him, his voice tinged with a mix of irritation and concern. He shifted his weight from one foot to the other, clearly agitated by their predicament.

Jae-Hwa turned to face him, his expression darkening. "Fuck Jisuk. He pisses me off," he snapped, his tone brimming with resentment. "Why the hell is he making us keep tabs on this guy? He tells us to back off, then changes his mind, and now Jiwoo isn't even showing up to class. What's the point? It's a waste of time."

He glanced back at the empty desk, the frustration in his eyes deepening. It wasn't just the broken nose or the conflicting orders from Jisuk that bothered him. It was the sense that they were being used as pawns in a game whose rules they didn't fully understand.

Suk-Chul sighed heavily, leaning against the doorframe. "Maybe Jisuk's just paranoid or something," he speculated. "He did seem pretty worked up about Jiwoo after that fight."

Ji-Won, who had remained silent until now, finally spoke up. "Jisuk's not usually like this," he, his voice softer but no less troubled. "He's always had a reason for what he does. Maybe he sees something in Jiwoo that we don't."

Jae-Hwa scoffed at this. "Reason or not, it's bullshit. We're stuck playing babysitter for some kid who doesn't even show up."

They all fell silent, the weight of their situation hanging heavy in the air. They were used to following Jisuk's orders without question, but this new assignment felt different. There was an undercurrent of unease that none of them could quite put their finger on.

The classroom remained eerily quiet, the absence of Jiwoo and Wooin more noticeable than ever. The trio exchanged uncertain glances, each of them lost in their thoughts. Jisuk's unpredictability was starting to wear on them, and the strain of their divided loyalties was beginning to show.

After a long moment, Suk-Chul pushed himself away from the doorframe and straightened up. "We should just tell Jisuk what's going on," he said, sounding resigned. "Maybe he'll have a better idea of what to do next."

Jae-Hwa nodded reluctantly, still bristling with anger but knowing there was little else they could do. "Fine. Let's get this over with," he grumbled.
