Sweat poured from Jiwoo's face, dripping onto the cold, concrete floor of the basement as he pumped out pushups, his breath coming in heavy, ragged gasps with each downward and upward press. His muscles burned with the effort, but he kept pushing, determined to improve. Kayden watched diligently from the couch, his gaze sharp and critical.

"Whatever you do," Kayden stated, his voice firm, "don't try to reposition your awakened abilities. Focus your ability on the muscles and bones being used. Then, your strength and speed will improve."

Jiwoo strained to push himself up one more time, his arms trembling violently under the weight of his own body. "It... It's not that easy..." he gasped, looking up at Kayden with pleading eyes, hoping for some leniency.

Kayden's expression didn't soften. He squinted, leaning forward slightly. "If you want to become stronger, you have to keep at it. No excuses."

From the other side of the basement, F/N let out a sigh. He was practicing his force control, the red, crimson energy flickering around him in unstable waves. "He's right, Jiwoo. Jisuk is no easy opponent. He's not going to go easy on you. He has a reputation to uphold, and you need to be ready for that."

Jiwoo swallowed hard, feeling the weight of F/N's words settle in his gut. He continued his workout, focusing intently on the way his force control moved through his muscles and bones, just as Kayden had instructed. He began to build up a steady rhythm again, his movements becoming smoother, more controlled. But suddenly, he felt an unexpected and heavy weight pressing down on his back.

He choked, his arms nearly giving out under the sudden pressure. "Why do I feel so heavy all of a sudden?" He glanced upward, his eyes widening as he saw Kayden lounging comfortably on his back, the added weight almost unbearable.

"Mr. Kayden?" Jiwoo stuttered, struggling to hold up the cat's surprising heaviness. "You're too heavy!"

"Stop acting like a baby!" Kayden snapped, his voice sharp and unforgiving. "I don't weigh that much!"

"No!" Jiwoo protested, his voice strained. "You're really heavy!"

"Shut up!" Kayden retorted. "If you do as I say, you can lift much heavier things!"

Jiwoo gritted his teeth, trying to find his rhythm again despite the added challenge. Slowly, painfully, he managed to regain some semblance of control, his muscles screaming in protest but obeying his will. Soon enough, though, Kayden had decided it was time for a change in training. He got Jiwoo off the floor and positioned him in front of the punching bag, his fists wrapped in blue training wraps.

Jiwoo tried to focus, his movements becoming more frantic under the pressure of Kayden's harsh critique. He threw punch after punch, his form deteriorating with each strike.
