Another Saturday that consisted of Aaliyah and Cleo having to take care of their 2 younger siblings until mom and dad were done cleaning and making food for when the Bethea's come over.
Not that Aaliyah minded anyway. Her and Jalil have now been friends for 2 weeks, it's safe to say they know each other pretty well and Aaliyah doesn't feel uncomfortable around him.
Of course her 2 best friends have been teasing her saying she likes him since she wouldn't shut up about him, but to Aaliyah, she's just so excited to have made a new friend. Only ever having 2 friends gets a bit boring.
Time went by and her parents were done preparing everything. Aaliyah wore a pink hellstar tee tied up with a denim mini skirt and 'white silver pink' Asics. Yes it was a bit much for just a dinner but thats just how Aaliyah was. Dressing up was therapeutic to her, if shes in a simple outfit, just know there might be something wrong.
When she heard the door ring she wasted to time to go and answer. "Hey yalll, welcome!" she greeted the Bethea family.
Once Jalil stepped foot in her home she gave him a hug, since the boy was taller than her, her arms were wrapped around his waist and her head was on his chest. He wrapped his arms tightly around her neck and swung them side to side.
"hey jah" she said as she let go of the embrace. "hi liyahh" he dragged his words, smiling the whole time.
"we aren't eating right now sooo, you wanna go upstairs?" she asked, he nodded his head.
As she walked ahead of him, Jalil just scanned her. Her body was so perfect, the way she walked, her hair, and the way she was fly for every occasion. He obviously didnt like the girl but of course anybody with eyes know Aaliyah is her, shes a mesmerizing person.
And her voice, god her voice! Her voice and her music was so angelic, Aaliyah had a couple millions in all songs she's made, it being only 4.
