Aaliyah was on her way to see Robert. They planned on exploring New York, very simple, but that's how things always were with them, simple. She was kind of nervous to see him because it'd be the first time since he broke up with her.
Once she was there she finally began freaking out. Why did she have to get so drunk to the point she texted him 'i miss you' seeing him in person would only make her hope for them to get back together.
She got out her car and walked in the hotel lobby he was staying at. She sat and scrolled through her screen for a few minutes before she felt a tap on her shoulder, she looked up and locked eyes with Rob.
She smiled, getting up and hugging him immediately. He still smelt the same, hugged the same, he grew a bit though.
"Hi liyah" he greeted her "hi Rob, you look good." she complimented him "you look good as well" he chuckled, looking at how different she looked. A good different.
They walked out the building and started roaming the streets of New York. "We should get the cartoon drawings!" Aaliyah yelled like a baby as she watched people lined up to get drawn. He nodded as they got on the back of the line.
"do you still have the one we got 2 years ago?" he wondered "yea, i got everything"she said.
Once it was their turn, Aaliyah held up a peace sign while Robert just smiled widely. The person asked simple questions asking what they wanted to be in life and where they'd want to live
When they finished the drawing Aaliyah and Robert began laughing. Her side has a mic and a tropical island behind her since she said she'd love to live in Hawaii or the Bahamas. Robert had a basketball in his hand with a nba logo on his shirt, his background had LA.
They saw a raising canes and immediately had the same idea on having to try it.
When they got their food Aaliyah and Robert ate like never before, they'd barely chew anything before stuffing their mouths more.
