Aaliyah watched the RWE Oklahoma games on the living room tv as she ate her wingstop. Even though her and Jalil haven't spoke, she still wants to see him succeed.
She knew he'd be back in PA today since choppa told her. She just didn't know if he'd stop by her house to speak.
Once she finished game 1 she pressed the second. She was only a few minutes in when the doorbell ringed.
She opened the door carelessly, Jalil stood there awkwardly "oh.. hi" she smiled, looking back on the tv screen that had him in the background.
"come in" she mumbled, moving to the side for him to walk inside.
Jalil looked at the screen and chuckled "dont mind that" she laughed
"is nobody home?" he asked realizing this is his first time hearing the house so quiet, she nodded slowly.
"anyways, ima start off saying sorry" she started, sighing knowing that once she explained everything, he was going to most definitely start shit.
"last week monday your girlfriend kinda pressed me, and i didn't do nothing i just left the gym and skipped most of my classes the when lunch— girlfriend? i dont have a girlfriend Aaliyah" he cut her off
"when you saw me at chipotle, the girl you was with isn't your girlfriend?" she asked "what? no, she's my ex. i was only with her because she wanted to talk about something" he clarified.
"She came up to me with her friends asking why im tryna mess with 'her man' then she clarified she was talkin bout you, she also said that if we werent in gym she woulda beat my ass"
"anyway, once lunch came Albany and Justin acted like i didnt exist, which they are still doing. I had nothing to do but then i realized my phone and bag were still in the gym so i ran out. when i found it my phone was completely destroyed and so was my tote bag."
