It was Saturday and Aaliyah had to attend a family party. It was one of her baby cousins birthday so she knew the party wouldn't be valid, although she had a close cousin named Sa'maira who would also be there.
She was a bit excited since she hadn't seen Sa'maira for almost 2 years ever since Sa'maira moved to Dallas. Although Sa'maira was one of the messiest people she knew, she loved her completely because she was family.
Aaliyah was done getting ready at 2 since she surprisingly woke up very early. She wanted to call Jalil since she was bored but he told her he had basketball practice and was going to be busy the day prior.
She kept thinking about their kiss the day before and how much she wanted to do it again. She didn't like how they never talked about it again afterwards, she wanted to know what it meant to him.
She had told her mom about the kiss in the morning, her mom wasn't shocked either, she thought they been have something going on since the first day they had their barbecue.
Aaliyah and her family entered the house and was immediately greeted by family, it was way too loud for no reason, the noise can be heard 1-2 blocks away.
