After what happened sa library, things kind of shifted with me and Kai. That was the first time that we're not throwing daggers with each other and felt comfortable. That just ignite a hope in me na maybe it's possible for her to fall for me but I need to speed up cause I only have 3 months! I think of something that will make her say she loves me and the fastest way is....

It's Sunday at kakatapos ko lang maglinis and I'm waiting for her to come home. I heard the front gate opened, looks like she's here na.
Kai: Got some take out food. Don't care if you don't like it wala ka namang choice.
She said after placing it sa table. She's extra cold today, she didn't bashed a glanced at me.
Kai: Eat that up, I'll just be at my office and don't disturb me.

KAI'S POV
I left Aya sa dining room dahil wala akong ganang kumain.
• Flashback •
It's 5:45pm and I'm with Gil here sa Pier anxiously waiting for our package from our informant. Ang lake ng binayad ko for this at di na ako makapaghintay na makuha yun.
Gil: Boss chill, kanina ka pa nagkukuyakoy jan. Parating na siya sabi sa text.
I just nodded.
Bat ba ang tagal ng lalaking yun! I swear if he makes me wait for an hour, lulunurin ko siya!
Gil: Kai! Ayan na siya!
A man in a hoodie wearing a mask approached us. My bodyguards ay nasa gilid clutching their guns if ever may masamang mangyari.
"Boss LC eto na yung hinihingi niyo, isang video lang ang na retrieve ko. Ang higpit ng security program nila."
Kai: Isa lang?! Ang lake ng binayad ko sayo! Gil give me a fvcking gun right now!
"W-wait Boss! M-may dala pa ako! Oh eto po! This is the list of their account numbers and the date at amount plus lugar ng mga transferred money nila."
"I- I got this with the help of a friend kaya medjo malaki yung hiningi kong bayad kasi I need to pay him pa."
Gil opened the folder and scanned the printed documents.
Gil: Boss legit, it has all the details of bank transactions and account numbers.
Kai: Hmmm for now I'll consider this. You may go now.
"Salamat Boss, sa susunod makukuha ko na lahat ng videos. S-salamat boss."
Gil and I are inside the car with a laptop on her lap.
Gil: So let's see anong video nakuha niya. You ready Kai?
I nodded and Gil inserted the usb and started playing the only video contained in the file.
"Hoy Mr. Lacroft, I know it's you who ratted us out sa mga pulis! You know how much money we lost because of you!"
"Alam mo Lacroft, if meron kang nakikita mas mabuting magsawalang kibo ka na lang. Being kind won't get you anywhere these days."
"What you're doing is illegal! Mapapahamak kayo jan pati pamilya niyo! We earn enough naman from our company why still do that!?" dad said.
